Exactly like described! A very cute and clean unit with a balcony overlooking the pool. The fitness center was very well-equipped and we had it all to ourselves on a Friday morning. Also took advantage of the pool. Communication was very clear and thorough. Walk to Broadway was a little further than anticipated as it took us about 25 minutes. Very cute surrounding area with shops, coffee and bars/restaurants nearby. Would stay here again!

The apartment was very nice and had plenty of space for my wife and I. It was clean and conveniently located for the purpose of our trip. Everything we needed or wanted was within walking distance.

Overall it would have been okay for a 1 night stay. I needed to wear shoes all the time, the floors looked clean but my feet and socks got black walking around without my shies. It was not comfortable watching TV the couch was hard and I needs to sit on a pillow. Make sure you don’t stay in this unit if you want to relax.

My stay was great! The apartment was clean and well organized. Although I did not have time to make use of all the available facilities, the building was well appointed with a pool, club room and workout facilities.

The apartment is in a wonderful location and neighborhood. Easy to walk to Broadway and other local attractions or an easy inexpensive cab ride. Clean and comfortable, only issue which is not their fault is the loud neighbor above stomping. Would give 4.5 if could.

Lovely stay

We loved our stay at Pine Street Lofts. Clean, safe location, conveniently located for everything we wanted to do. The management team was fantastic with responding to questions. Highly recommend staying here.

This location was perfect for our first trip to Nashville. Everything that we wanted to do was walkable and the accommodations were comfortable and very clean.

The unit was quite nice. Clean, great kitchen, loved the little balcony area. The location was a nice central area. The only issue we had was the complex was difficult to navigate due to the main elevator being out for our entire stay. (This is not the fault of the VRBO but did make our check in confusing and frustrating)

Great Location

This was a great location, we walked everywhere from broadway to local shops in the gulch! Property was clean & quiet. We will most definitely be staying here again.
