The location to midtown was fantastic and was walkable to Broadway. It was stocked with soaps, toilet paper, coffee and paper towels. There was limited utensils, dishware and cooking items in the kitchen. Some TLC, additional kitchen supplies and more thorough cleaning would earn it more stars.

Great location in midtown and really quiet. Walking distance to some good/fast restaurants & bars. Close drive or Uber to everything you'd want to see as you get closer to Broadway & beyond. I especially appreciated the parking for my rental car. The bed was very comfortable.

Such a great property! The location was perfect for being able to hit up broadway but also see some cool sights, bars, restaurants within walking distance. We felt safe, location was decently quiet for being in the city. The property was clean with everything we needed! Property manager was so quick to respond to any messages and had info readily available. It was such a fun weekend and this made it even better!

The apartment was clean and as shown in the pictures and check in was easy. Would have appreciated more towels/washcloths for our stay or some laundry detergent so we could wash what we had, but that was a minor thing. Overall, a good place to base our Nashville vacation.
