Este exclusivo 3BR / 3. Fantastic property close to Vanderbilt campus. We were in town for graduation activities. Home is close to university and downtown Nashville. It was very well stocked with essentials (toilet paper, coffee, paper towels, trash bags, etc.) and was very quiet. Highly recommend and we would love to stay here again!

We have stayed at a variety of places throughout the years, and this property is at the top of our list. It was very clean and the check in process was super easy. There were lots of little extras left for us that made it feel very welcoming. The location was amazing - super close to so many fun things to do in Nashville whether we chose to drive or take an Uber. We felt very safe in the neighborhood and took daily walks in the morning. It was so nice to have space to spread out, and the beds were very comfortable. The air conditioning helped keep it comfortable as well. The communication from the host was excellent and we received quick replies to any questions we had. We definitely recommend this townhouse if you are looking for a great place to stay in Nashville.

Beautiful townhouse in a very safe location. Owners left fruit, wine and chocolate. Hosts were responsive to questions and townhouse was very clean and quiet. The bedroom on the first floor is significantly smaller than the others but all we did was sleep there so it was fine. The only issue we had was that the turn to get to the garage was very tight for my husbands large truck. We ended up just parking in the driveway area to avoid the hassle of getting in and out of

Everything was fantastic. The owners have a very nice Townhouse and the special amenities provided by the host, wine, fruit, chocolates, coffee, and more, were much appreciated by all. The host was easy to reach, responded timely and helpfully to all emails and even notified me of articles of clothing left behind and offered to mail them to us. I could not have asked for more and would not hesitate to use them again. Great stay.

The house was just as described and very clean. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with everything you could possibly need if you choose to cook (we didn't but it had everything).
