Nice for short stay

It was very easy to Uber to Broadway and Midtown from here. Having cops at the house for sale next door and just down the way at the gas station was a little concerning but overall it served it's purpose well.

House was okay, not on the best side of nashville but we made do. The gate didnt work properly so we had to manually push the gate open and closed every time we had to take a vehicle anywhere (the gate is very heavy and hinges are off, gate opener wouldve been nice!) the rooms were great except the “master” with the 2 queen bed’s mattresses were hard as a rock. Great option for a budget friendly stay!

North Nashville stay

The house was clean and tidy. The main floor was great for hanging out with family. Loved that it wasn't far from downtown Nashville. The hosts were to respond to any questions we had. Overall a great experience.

60th birthday celebration with friends

Nice house! Good location! The only things I would recommend tweaking is adding a chair for additional living room seating, access to the pantry (we had nowhere to put groceries away), some additional towels and hooks to hang them. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay!

Bach/Bachelorette Group

Came to spend a weekend in Nashville for a Bach/Bachelorette party. Host was very quick to respond to messages and was very accommodating to letting us check in early to decorate before the soon to be bride and groom arrived. The home was spacious and comfortably fit our groupof 7. The home was within a 5-10 minute drive to just about everything we had planned and the area was quiet at night. Would definitely stay again.

Overall it was a good stay! Close driving distance to most things. A broom and dust pan would have been nice to have to clean up if needed. If you stay make sure to check out the clue book for guests to hide a 1 for the next group of guests. Furniture was different than the posting, smaller couches, I highly recommend an upgrade for more seating like a sectional . Only complaint is the back porch- it was dirty with leaves everywhere and not clean to sit and hang out. The barrel is definitely a cute spot to take a picture in the house. There is parking behind the house through the alley or parking on the street out front.

Great Space

The house was great! We had 8 people (2 families of 2 adults with 2 kids each)! It was spacious enough for us to all have our own space but still be close enough to hang out. The kitchen was great! The house was super close to downtown! The only downsides were the broken alley gate (which took 2 of us to close), the broken side gate, and the guy who came knocking on the door asking for money. Other than that, we would definitely rent again if we are in Nashville again!

Girls trip

The house was just OK. It was very disappointing to not be able to get in the house for an early check-in when we arrived there early and found that no one was there.I’m not gonna go on and on about the inside of the house, but it definitely needed a handyman to touch up things around the house.It was also very disappointing to see the yard so overgrown! Looked like it hadn’t been mowed in months!

The yards and outside of the house need to be updated and cleaned. There were a lot of spider webs outside so there was no way we could hang out on the porch. We also had no way of using the banisters of the steps to the front porch in fear of splinters. Hard to carry luggage up without the support.Also, it would be nice to have regular sized shampoo/conditioner for the bathrooms since multiple people were staying there and showered often. Other than that, we appreciated the prompt customer service when we had questions or needed something. Thank you!

property owner/manager needs to be more aware of how well the property is being maintained. making sure the overall maintenance of the property is thorough and complete; fixing wobbly chair, window blinds, table lamps, overhead fans, to name a few.

Way short of expectations

We came in for the weekend for the Vanderbilt football game. First, they need to find a new cleaning crew. Walking through the home made our socks black. The pics showed a firepit but it was overgrown with weeds. The baseboards were broken and the kitchen chairs were falling apart. Basically, all the furniture should be thrown out and replaced. We won't stay there again.

Great Holiday Stay

My family chose Nashville for our Christmas vacation this year and we stayed at this property. It exceeded our expectations. Very roomy and plenty of room for 4 adults and a toddler. I gave it 5 stars because the good outweighs my suggestions. Only thing I’d suggest is cleaning products so that guests can clean up after themselves and a mop and a broom. Especially with toddlers. Maintenance did bring us a broom and help us with the hot water. I’d also suggest updating the living room furniture. Especially for families. Other than that, I’d stay again. It was also very close to downtown and everything else we planned for our stay. The Host was also very helpful and responsive! Thanks for helping us make memories!

Gram's birthday in Nashville

We celebrated my mom's 82nd birthday as well as visited my daughter who goes to school in Nashville. The location of this property is great to all of the Nashville things. Easy to get to and Uber had no trouble at all. The property is NOT as listed and while some of the beds were comfortable and the place was clean, it is in serious disrepair. The shelves in the fridge door are missing, the dishwasher rack has no wheels, the furniture is peeling and is chipped, and the kitchen chairs are broken. The paint is peeling/chipped in many places around the place. The size of the great room was perfect for our gathering, but the condition of the rental was poor at best. The lawn was nothing but weeds and the outdoor space, as listed, was not accurate. There is NO fire pit and only 3 chairs. The weeds in the back are such that you wouldn't/couldn't use that outdoor space. The host/management company was timely with their initial communication, but after I communicated that the property was NOT as listed, I didn't hear from them. Of all of the places to stay in Nashville, I would not stay here. There are so many more options.

Not as advertised

While Hosts Extraordinaire were very helpful (by phone) & prompt taking care of an issue, overall we were a little disappointed in the property.What we thought were dead bed bugs on one of the mattress covers turned out to be just a filthy cover, that we couldn’t remove. We are being compensated for that.When I was searching for properties, this one had pretty good reviews, which was the reason we booked. I never went back to listing after booking it. I will have to agree with some of the latter reviews: the yard/grounds are overgrown, there is no fire pit,as originally pictured and some junk in the yard. The refrigerator is missing door shelves. The kitchen lacks basic utensils/essentials. The trim, doors and walls are “beat up”. One of the couches is pretty stained.Some of the Dining chairs are wobbly or broken. While the proximity to Broadway is good & the neighborhood is quiet, it is still has slightly sketchy surroundings. Overall, our group of women felt safe.On a positive note the “primary” bathroom is nice. The owners need to come in a take a look at what they have. It is not “Gorgeous” as they describe it.

Short drive to Broadway

This is a great house for a group visiting Nashville. It's in a great location with a quick 8 minute drive to Broadway. We also used Uber at night, it was a $7 trip. We visited Franklin as well. Everything was convenient. The back driveway with the gate gives a safe place to park cars (fits 3).

Very disappointed. House was nice, but not clean.

The neighborhood was not described accurately. Across the street were 2 condemned houses. Most of the houses were trashy. There were no instructions on how to use the alarm system. Had to barricade the doors at night. No welcome package. No broom. Light fixtures dirty/dusty. Crumbs on sheets in one of the bedrooms, obviously not washed. Back yard firepit was messy and unusable. Gate in the back was supposed to be electric...broken and could only be opened manually with MUCH DIFFICULTY!Did not feel safe at all in this neighborhood ! Very overpriced

Really nice time at the property

Had a great time. Everything was good. Could have used dish towels and there is an intermittent leak at the fridge. The back gate is no joke. Needs work as it is really difficult to open and close. Found amenities generated and was an easy Uber ride to downtown. Thanks for all the communication. The stay was easy.

Nice house but not ideal location

House is very nice, and checking in was a breeze!! Communication with renter was very timely and professional. A few bummers - Neighborhood is a little on the rough side. Not within safe walking distance of downtown or really any food/drinks/entertainment. However, Ubers were easy/reasonably priced to get to and from.

In town for a graduation weekend

I am not new to the nashville area and visit my fiancé in the area often. I am familiar with north nashville, which is widely known as an up and coming area. With this being said, as a small woman, I can say that I would not feel safe staying here with just a few of my girlfriends. The area is clearly unsafe at times and one night a man came up on our porch while we were on sitting out on it. Luckily, my fiancé was there with me so I was not in any danger. The property was not well maintained and clearly dirty. Upon arriving most of the dishes were dirty and the entire house was extremely dusty. We noted an active wasp nest above the frame of the front door. The floor must have been waxed recently because at the base of the stairs the floor was so slick we moved a mat with grips over it after my pregnant sister fell. Additionally, the gate in the back is completely nonfunctional. It originally was an automated closing gate but only after check-in the host informed us you have to manually close it. The process of closing it was arduous and took three people because you were fighting the dysfunctional automated system. I found this to be unacceptable. I was so disappointed with my experience we ended up leaving a day early. The listing online did not accurately represent the property and would not book with this company again. I am an avid traveler and usually use other accommodation services. When booking this trip, I decided to branch out and use this one for the first time. Following this experience, it may be my last.
