The home was in the perfect location for our attending a college graduation with my family. Comfy beds! Well appointed kitchen! Clean, neat, and host were incredible responsive when we requested a few items.

Wow! What an amazing place to stay! The house was in the perfect location where we could walk to shops and restaurants or take a quick ride to downtown. The house was adorable and spotless. Very comfortable bed and great amenities. Will definitely stay again.

Wonderful Stay

We loved our stay here! It is a really comfortable, spacious, very clean, delightful home with everything you need. We especially thought the beds and bed linens were wonderful! It provided a great home base for experiencing all things Nashville too: quiet, a quick Uber ride downtown and many fun places within walking distance. Scarlett and Mark were very responsive, easy to work with, and excellent hosts throughout our stay as well. We highly recommend staying here!

Nice clean house

This is a stunning home and I would highly recommend staying here! The location is supreme in Nashville. You can walk to a ton of attractions, and also is only a short drive away from numerous attractions. Overall, we really enjoyed the downstairs living space, kitchen, and patio. The home is set up quite nicely with two bedrooms on the second floor sharing a jack and jill bathroom. The third bedroom on the top floor has a master bathroom and is quite lovely. Every bedroom is quite spacious. The check-in process was smooth and easy. The back alley to park in the carport was slightly tricky to figure out, but once you get it, you're golden! This is a wonderful place to stay. Mark and Scarlett are wonderful hosts!

Great Property and Locatuon

We chose this property over many other choices due to the proximity to Vanderbilt and Belmont Universities. While being next to Music Row was a plus, we mostly wanted to see what life would be for a grad student as we had our daughter along with us and she was considering going here. The choice of location did not disappoint as we are able to visit both campuses and see how easy the access was to them. We also saw and were please to see some great eateries nearby! The only tricky part is navigating the traffic by car or foot which is heavy around the campuses. The only issue with our stay we had was the readiness of the unit when we arrived, which our property manager, Scarlett, took care of expertly and graciously. It can’t be said enough how important it is to have a great VRBO PM in these instances and the rest of our stay went exceptionally well after that. We especially loved the well equipped unit with full kitchen and back patio based BBQ which we used to prepare meals and snacks between our planned events. We definitely plan to be back!
