PROS: .5 mile from Scarborough Beach, right on Point Judith Road, central air, decent size for a group of six. CONS: Right on Point Judith Road, grill unusable and in need of replacement (bottom rotted out of it) could not use, lots of old broken items left behind (multiple chairs and umbrella on the deck) on the lower level in back yard multiple broken chairs, boogie boards, cooler which is moldy and full of water, outdoor shower in rough shape and in need of attention.

Nice cottage not too far from beach

Cottage was very cute and had all the amenities. We were not thrilled that the floors looked like they had not been washed for a very long time . We did not want to deal with a cleaning crew while we were there. Otherwise the place itself was great. The location is on route 108 which is high traffic so a little hectic riding bikes until you get to the beach rd. Had a really nice week so very thankful. Also has game room and games and books. Thank you
