Great Family getaway

We stayed here with my father and our two daughters. My brother and his wife and son stayed down the road and the location, although you had to drive most places was still so convenient. It was quiet even with other guests staying in the duplex. It was clean and plenty of space. Set between many beaches and shopping it was a perfect family vacation.

The house was very cute. It was also in a great location a nice neighborhood with a lot to do close by. It was nice inside with the exception of not having enough kitchen supplies. The mattress definitely needed to be replaced, but the living room was comfortable. It was very quiet and the outdoor deck and shower was awesome.

last minute birthday celebration for daughter!

With a son in Boston, a daughter in Providence, and my husband and I in northern Ct, we wanted a chance to spend the day together surfing, celebrating our daughter's birthday and being together for a night without having to drive home late. This place was perfect! Cleand, quiet, spacious, with all the amenities for a great last minute getaway!

Home

Lee and her Team were wonderful. I had to head down to RI early as my Dad passes away. I was staying at a hotel and Lee and the Cleaning Staff went out if their way to have the unit ready for us as soon as possible. Thank you so Much! The unit was extremely clean, outside deck was deligjtfully private, and the location was close to beaches and market. I would book again in a heart beat!

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay at this property! It was clean and nicely decorated. The outdoor shower was a major perk after the beach. I greatly appreciated the House was already stocked with a lot of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, soap/shampoo, kitchen supplies). The only thing that would have been a nice addition is a wine bottle opener/corkscrew, as we had to make a return visit to the local store after realizing there wasn’t one. After booking I had contacted the owner regarding a couple discrepancies between the pictures and the amenities listed. They responded, and I see have now corrected it (much appreciated). We would stay again, thank you!

I thought for the most part it was great . There were mice & shower mats are needed for indoors.

Great for family reunion with the huge yard & picnic tables& games! Close to everything- nice interior but indoor shower mats are needed & handles in the indoor showers as well.

Great stay!

We loved our stay at Lee’s beach house. Lee was very kind and accessible. The house was clean with a lovely outdoor shower and deck. Even though it was a duplex, there was a lot of privacy and we never heard our neighbors. There was a communal yard with lawn games and picnic tables too, which was a nice surprise. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location and safe for children

Overall the property is very nice, and Lee the property manager is wonderful to communicate with. The air conditioners definitely put off a mildew smell and we all had respiratory issues until we stopped using them. I would consider bringing your fan if you're sensitive to those kinds of things. The house does not get too hot because it is shaded so you don't really need the AC. We had a lovely stay!

Beach House

I am extremely grateful for the comfort, cleanliness and accurate listing of your home which you rent it to us. I rented your property with my adult daughter and two granddaughters, ages 3 & 7. We were very excited to take a beach vacation and stay in a house instead of a hotel. We have been coming to RI from MA for the past few years and enjoying your beautiful beaches. The girls had a wonderful time and we were all extremely comfortable. Having the property and being able to cook for ourselves made our vacation much better. Thank you for providing such a positive experience for me and my family. Your property manager Lee was delightful and extremely helpful. We look forward to recommending your property to family and friends. And we look forward to renting from you again next year! Thank you very much and enjoy the rest of your summer!

Exactly what we needed

We came in for a wedding and had never been to RI before, so I wasn't sure where to stay, but I'm glad I picked this house. It was a super cute and clean place. Lee, the property manager, was great and super helpful. I asked ahead of time about a stockpot for a crab boil, and tho the place didn't have one, she had one for us to use when we arrived. I recommend this property; the listing is accurate.
