Cute property within walking distance to views of ocean. Very clean, and appreciated the amenities including the available sandwich bags and aluminum foil. We made good use of both the grill and fire pit which was perfect! Thank you for the stay at this seaside getaway!

Loved the front garden

While access is through the side entrance pinned key code, a sweet surprise is found outside the “front” door. A sweet garden oasis after a day at the beach. We enjoyed our stay here.

Cute little seaside cottage

Ames and Meg are super responsive owners. We stayed in Unit A of the duplex. It was warm and inviting. (Comfy beds are key).The kitchen was well stocked with cookware. We were walking distance to a rocky beach and fun dining. It was a short drive to Newport as well as the ferry to Block Island.

Clean and comfortable same. I stayed with my daughter and 2 granddaughters, and the space was just perfect for us. Seafood and ice cream (!) an easy walk from the house. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Cute place! Near a variety of beaches! My family loved the amazing seafood and the Salty Brine beach the most! Oh and spectacular views of the ocean ( walking distance). Wished there were more shops and things close by! Thanks for a great experience in Rhode Island!

Great option for RI getaway

We rented this townhouse for an extended Labor Day weekend. It was very convenient to stay here while moving my URI daughter into her house nearby. Townhouse was clean and comfortable. Meg was very responsive when contacted. Only concern was 2nd room bunk bed stability and noise. If you don’t need the top or have young kids then it would be perfect. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would book this townhouse again.
