Close to the airport. Beds were horribly uncomfortable and the hotel is very outdated. Didn't get a good night's sleep because of the hard mattresses. Door had no sound proofing.
For an airport hotel it was very quiet and relaxing. They are undergoing renovations as the rooms are a little outdated, but for the price you can't complain. The beds were very comfortable. This was the only hotel (out of 4 that we stayed in) in Japan where all the facilities were in the same room, i.e. bath, sink, toilet, and with 3 of us sharing it made things a little busy in the morning. You can literally walk here from the airport with no trouble, it's maybe a 5 minute walk, but there is also a free shuttle available.
It was a wonderful stay! Great breakfast! Comfortable rooms! Nice to take a hot shower after 13 hour flight!
No room service menu, couldn't control the room temperature. Restaurant was excellent, staff accommodating
This hotel isn’t anything to write home about but as far as getting a hotel close to Narita, you can’t beat it.
Convenient, inexpensive, comfortable, and hassle free.
Needed a room close to the airport for a brief stay. Perfect. No frills, but exactly what wss needed after a long 10+hour flight.
Easy access to airport and railway station, bus station and family mart store in basement of airport.
Nice clean facilities that met my needs for a one night stop-over.
The building is in desparate need of refurbishing. The carpets are dirty and the walls dinged pretty badly. But we got what we really wanted, a quiet ,dark room with a clean comfortable bed as close to the airport as possible. And that we had. I will stay there again.
Our flight came in late. No shuttle buses were still running. We were able to easily walk from terminal 2 to hotel in about 10 minutes or less. We already had reservations at hotel. Some parts of hotel look a bit old and ragged but our room was nice, clean, looked newly refurbished. Great hotel for arriving into airport exhausted
This hotel is just fantastic and the price is very inexpensive. 2 minutes walk from Terminal 1 and 6 mins from Terminal 2. Also a shuttle bus every 20 mins for most of the the day. Bus stop 32 at Terminal 2. Rooms are small - Japanese style. Very clean. It's basic. But if you are looking for a fancy hotel be my guest and take a taxi for $100 to a hotel that is 10x the price of this place. I loved it and would stay again without thinking about it. Staff are firendly - poor English - but find an airport hotel in the USA or UK that speaks fluent Japanese. Stay here and take the train into town. Don't take the high speed super train. Take the local - it's about 5 stops on route and only 1030 Yen. And you will see no foreign tourists - only locals. Late evening they use the high speed rolling stock on this route and you have to pay an extra 400 Yen. But still way cheaper than the fancy train. Buy the ticket at the terminal upstairs from the station as it is much easier. Go to Ueno. Lovely park there and shopping street. At Ueno station for return ask for help buying the ticket. Make sure you buy for Narita Airport and go there not Narita Town. Anyone who lives in Paris, London or NYC knows all this stuff. I suggest others stay home or take a boring tour bus.
