We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home; it was very clean and welcoming. There were a couple glitches, and perhaps it was lack of communication. We could not get any local/national TV coverage. Friends in the subdivision came over to try to help and we discovered we needed to buy a subscription to YouTube TV since the owners did not have cable. We did not have the remote for the garage door (accidents do happen and the owner forgot to leave it for us), so it was a bit of a pain to get out/in our vehicle every time we needed to open and close the garage door, especially during the rain. Otherwise, our stay in the home was lovely. Both the furniture and bedding were very comfortable, which is important to us. We had every convenience of home in the kitchens (indoor and outdoor). We love to buy local cuisine and cook it at our rental property, so the wealth of cooking equipment was very important to us. We spent most days out in the pool area, which was very comfortable. We did buy a pool lounge chair and gave it to friends when we left, as I am 68 years old and just can't sit in the S-shaped chairs that literally sit on the ground. It would have been nice to have a couple traditional pool lounge chairs (the kind that sit a foot or so off the ground.) All in all, a great rental.
