They would not allow us on the rooftop terrace and gave no explanation. Then reluctantly gave us 5 supervised minutes.There were no laundry facilities as stated. The staff at the desk were laughing and making fun of us ( assumed we couldn’t understand ) There was a great deal of mold in the shower and our room door only opened half way.

Dirty hotel in co hosted area

We stayed there three weeks before we were to go back for a second time. We chose to go to another hotel and just forfeit the non refundable fee for booking. The bathroom was dirty, toothpaste scum around faucet, shower was full of soap scum and there was a brown spot on a small stool near the shower, it wiped right off with a face cloth it was under our clean towels. Also stains above the bed headboard. Cigarette holes in sheets and bedspread.

If this is a three star hotel, boy I would hate to see a 2. Have paid for another stand will forfeit the money to stay in a better quality hotel.

Chambre spacieuses mais mal isolées entre elles. Personnel très sympathique. Une toute petite plage libre à 300m. Par contre, les ballades dans le quartier ne sont pas très agréables car il y a énormément de voitures. Il faut prendre le métro ou la voiture pour s'aérer.

Una maravilla de vacaciones!

Super amables todos!!! No hubo una persona que no sea atenta. El parking estaba dentro del hotel. Los señores de la recepción super atentos y amables sobre todo el señor de la tarde que sabía de todo y me encanta como me explicaba las cosas de ahí y de Nápoles. El hotel está súper bien ubicado, hay miles de bares y restaurantes al rededor. El señor que servía los desayunos también te amable y hasta los que limpiaban las habitaciones. La verdad que fuimos con mi familia y nos encantó todo le damos un 100!!!

L'hotel si trova in una zona ideale per visitare, oltre che Pozzuoli, tanti bellissimi luoghi, partendo da Napoli, passando per i vari siti archeologici campani. Anche Caserta con la Reggia sono raggiungibili senza fatica! L'albergo è pulito e la colazione abbondante. Potrebbe essere molto valorizzato con la ristrutturazione della terrazza all'ultimo piano.

Il posto è molto bello. Nelle vicinanze bellezze naturali, spiagge e terme ma l’hotel avrebbe bisogno di essere ristrutturato, gli arredi nelle camere sono vecchi e deteriorati. La tv in camera non funzionava e non ce l’hanno aggiustata. Non ci tornerò di sicuro!!!!
