The spectacular western exposure features peaceful views overlooking the lake and golf course. This second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and bedroom set, the rest of the home is unfurnished and ready for a renter to make it their home. As a renter of The Quarry, you will have access to the fantastic amenities which includes the beach club, state-of-the-art fitness and wellness center, a resort-style pool with a pool bar offering food and beverage service, lap pool, an excellent restaurant, and boating lakes that can accommodate boats up to 26 feet and other water activities. In addition, there are five clay tennis courts, five pickleball courts, and three bocce courts. The Quarry also offers an optional golf membership with a Hurdzan/Fry championship 18-hole golf course.
