The room was nice with a balcony, mini-kitchenette. The balcony overlooked a small pond in the back which was nice. There was some road noise from 75 but it was not very noticeable except on the balcony.

Cockroach in the room. Dirt all over the room floor. Sink water pressure was minimal although shower water was fine. Very dirty and not the experience we expected. Also the hot tub wasn’t working and that was the only reason we chose this particular hotel.
Rooms were recently remodeled, clean and DAILY maid service. Beds very comfortable. Common areas and outside a little run down.
Jie Lorerta abd Narua were great! Jie remembered me from my last stay. Like friends reuniting! Cant wait for my next stay!

Grounds & property were very well maintained. Cleanliness in the rooms were excellent. Only thing is, the AC unit in the room most probably is due for an update
