The hotel staff are attentive, the room is well kept and clean, and the continental breakfast is excellent. I very much enjoyed my stay. I recommend one small change to the bathroom (and this is an observation that I have about almost every hotel these days), please add more hooks and towel bars.

Nice hotel. Staff very nice. Room was clean. Area was quiet & on a big lake. I gad my dog with me. They gave me a ground floor room with a sliding door out to the back where the lake is. Lots of good grass area for my dog to investigate. There was breakfast in the morning but I didn't go. It’s a bit weird that they charge for parking even though the parking is right in front of your room main door & on property. All in all a decent place to stay.

The room was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. Breakfast had a lot of choices. The view from the room was amazing. Only one thing that detracted was the highway noise but that also made it very convenient to get around Nanaimo. There is a mall with lots of restaurants very close by. Great place to stay. Would definitely stay here again.

The double Qn suite is recently updated, very clean & fresh, facing directly to the lake, very relaxing. Room is big, bathroom clean, continental breakfast included, for me if there’s ham or bacon that would be perfect. I’ll still stay there if I’m in town.
