Ocean's Embrace Suite is located in a prestigious and peaceful neighborhood in the coveted Hammond Bay area.

It is about 12 mins drive from Departure Bay Ferry Terminal and 30 mins from Duke Point Ferry Terminal, and close to all amenities.

End unit on a no-through road offers plenty of space for both across street roadside parking and driveway parking, and garage equipped with free exterior EV charger.

The kitchen has gorgeous countertops with high quality appliances. A huge island with double sinks, dishwasher and extra mini-fridge makes food preparation and cleanup easy-peasy.

The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed, a large ensuite with walk-in shower. Each of the other two bedrooms has a queen size bed and shares a 4-pc full bathroom with stacked washer/dryer laundry set inside. The upper level loft with a queen sized sofa bed is a perfect retreat for teenagers.
