Günstige Unterkunft für Kurzaufenthalt. Das Zimmer war sauber, die Zugänge über die Außenkorridore eher nicht. Zum Zimmerservice können wir nichts sagen, da nur eine Nacht dort gewesen. Die zu hinterlegende Kaution hat uns verwundert, die Rückzahlung erfolgte jedoch problemlos. Insgesamt für den Preis in Ordnung.

Called numerous times, Precheckin they didnt answer. Door lock hard to open. Coffee packs unwrapped. Sink drain leaks. Husband wenr to the front desk back door because they wouldn't answer phone. Requested extra pillows when I booked online and they weren't in room. Husband went again to bad door of hotel request the pillows, as they didnt answer the phone again. Husband went again to say tv didn't work. Room was small. Bed was uncomfortable. I was shocked by the lack of maintenance outside and on grounds.. We definitely will not stay again and will not recommend this hotel to anyone. We stayed sept 27 and 28th and were charged $168.20 extra for unknown reasons; I will try call them again Oct 2 to see why.

Had a bottom suite originally was so noisy had to upgrade for a fee to second floor. Very suspicious people staying there banging loud all night. Had a window ac hooked up to blow out window. No covers on any light fixutres. Pool of watet under wobbly bar fridge etc etc place should be shut down

Do not stay here! Its a total dump .When we saw the room we went to the front desk and told them there was no way we were staying there.They promised a refund but later denied it. Filthy place

Won't recommend or stay there again!

We arrived in Nanaimo later than planned so i called the hotel a couple time to let them know we'd be late, all times noone answered. We arrived at hotel checked in and went to the room, we had an extremely hard time opening the door. I requested extra pillows when i booked online, but there was only 2 pillows. My husband called yhe front desk several times, all uneventful so he went to front desk to get th extra pillows. I tried turning tv on, didnt work. My husband called front desk again, no answer so he went up to let them know. Bed was uncomfortable. Sink leaked. Grounds were a mess and dirty. We will never stay there again, nor would we recommend this place. I tried dropping room cards at 8:45am at front desk but it was locked. I seen a female and tried to get her attention without luck.

No coffee tea was open packages open tea bags no proper servuces it was so noisy i should have just stayed at a shelter shd quite honestly too i was in a pet ropm no pets the bed moved the whole place wasnt proper didnt seem like presentable to walk in nothing was refreshed in it serviettes ect supplies for the stay for shower tea was justbagsno coffee ect n no creamer also too thet kept pulling then putting in the deposit than took it again ☹️

Did an early checkout on a 3 night stay booked through Expedia. Talked to the hotel Manager who said as long as Expedia confirmed and was ok with an early checkout that a refund for the third night would be done. Talked to the Manager on the second day and my son went to the desk and checked out. Expedia phoned and emailed and the hotel said they had no record of an early checkout and were not informed of any such update. This is categorically false as I talked with the hotel Manager on the early check out day. When my son arrived home, the front desk had only given him a print out of the full 3 night stay charged (my son only stayed the first night), there was no notation of an early checkout. This was supposed to be a pay later on checkout stay but the hotel charged all 3 nights up front upon check in. I called the hotel and left a message for the Manager to sort out a refund and have not heard back. I would not recommend this hotel.

The price was reasonable, the motel is pretty aged, no air-conditioning. The room next to us had a prostitute staying with 2 or more men coming and going. Just a seedy area.

Okay for a night before catching the ferry

Staff were friendly and let me greet their dog. Our room -2 bedroom- was clean and comfortable. Be aware that there is an additional $38 fee for taxes and services that is added when you arrive. Hotels.com says all fees included but they’re not. Also, if you plan on cooking, the efficiency kitchen doesn’t have any pots or pans.
