It was good for short say business trip i had.. clubs and restaurants around , its in middle of downtown … not safe to walk out side in late night

Stayed for a layover in Nairobi. Nice clean hotel. Formerly one of the top hotels in Nairobi but now a little outdated.

Staff was helpful.. neat and clean… easy to locate

I really enjoyed my room and the service was perfect

Recently stayed at the Hilton Nairobi during a business trip. I have stayed at other hotels in Nairobi. Hotel is very dated, older and in need a complete renovation. While the facilities were average at best; there were some pros and cons. Pro: great hotel gym, pool area on the second floor was a nice oasis in the middle of the city, and hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Cons: rooms were clean but dated, bed was very hard, free internet is only available in the lobby and pool area (but access code annoyingly expires every 8 hours and to top it off half the codes do not work), finally a $25 USD buffet is the only breakfast option other than room service. I will not stay there again.

It was a disaster. I was supposed to stay 4 nights in Nairobi but due to my last experience with same hotel

Everything worked as expected. The rooms are not big but quite nice. The gym is small but has decent facilities. The Travellers' restaurant was surprisingly nice; I would definitely recomment giving it a try. There is nothing spectacular about the hotel but its all around quite good.

I enjoyed my stay in the Hilton Nairobi. It included a full cook to order egg breakfast with lots of sides. Nice pool and workout room. I was just there overnight as I was waiting for my air connection.

This was a great place to stay after our safari and to get a feel for the city.

Breakfast bar was not hot, barely warm. The staff did not cancel our "preauthorized" deposit as promised. We had to remind them to do it at checkout. The food was OK, except for eggshell in the omelet and seriously overpriced. This hotel is generally much more expensive that comparable hotels in Accra, Cairo, and Dar. I would not recommend it. The positives are that right across the street you can get good, inexpensive chicken and fries and internet.
