Wow, where do I even begin? The staff at Gle Nairobi were absolutely incredible. They didn’t just do their jobs—they welcomed us like family. From sharing laughs to teaching us more Swahili than we already knew, every moment felt genuine and full of heart. This was truly a wonderful experience, and one we’ll never forget. The staff were fantastic! They were very professional, friendly and happy to help with any request. The facilities were excellent and we enjoyed the food too. At the end of our stay many of the staff waved us off and wished us well. For a genuine hotel with a very warm welcome, I certainly recommend the Glee Nairobi. Thank you guys!

Amazing service!

The hotel itself is so beautiful, but the staff? now that's the icing, everyone was so kind and helpful with smiles. I have never stayed in a hotel that is happy to give you take-out boxes to pack items from the buffet breakfast, but Glee did! I have zero complaints, this was such a fantastic, fantastic stay. The only caveat for me is the location. I found the hotel further away from the main attractions and tourist spots, and the surrounding area was not the cleanest or upscale. That is the only thing that'll make me stay somewhere else, but once I got through the gates, it was bliss!
