Wonderful Place to Stay

This was a wonderful house in the perfect location! The view was great from the 3rd floor. Great food around the location! Highly recommend Kill Devil Grill, Mulligans and Food Dudes! Don't miss the opportunity to visit the Wright Brothers Memorial and Jockey Ridge - both are worth the climb!

Incredible location!

Great property, location right on the beach with it's own walkway to beach. We loved it...house has everything you could want for entertaining your fam and friends: ping pong, pool table, hot tub, swimming pool, etc!

The location was great. The pool was excellent. There was enough room for our large group, including spaces the kids could enjoy away, but close enough, from the adults. Our 11 year-old grandson called it "the stuff of legends." I would have to agree. And, Costal Carolina was great to work with.

Relaxing stay

We had a great time at this property last week Some sort of beach chairs and beach items would be nice to have had there, but the listing wasn't misleading in this regard. The house had plenty of space, plenty of nice kitchen supplies and the beach was great. Communication with property management was perfect - there was a power outage while we were out and about anf they were prompt with shooting us a note. Very good property management company.

Family Christmas Reunion

Our family reunion (adults and kids) loved the bright and spacious living area with views of the ocean! We loved our private boardwalk to beach, the super comfortable beds, the pool table, and the two dining room tables, and two dishwashers. There was plenty of room for us all to have our own spaces too. We were walking distance from grocery and home stores but the house still felt tucked into the dunes and private when facing the beach. My only suggestion would be to update the old Teflon cooking pans and add another set or two of wine glasses. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice house with great location

The oceanfront house is large in a great location, close to Food Lion and other stores. It does not have an elevator which was not good for those os us with knee and hip issues. The grandchildren loved the private pool . The top floor bedroom mattress needs replaced! The vents need cleaned throughout the house especially the large living room vent. Coastal Carolina Vacations was great to work with snd kept me informed of everything pertaining to our reservation and house. If the house had an elevator we would consider renting it again but didn’t reserve for next year because of that.

Family Vacation

Great house and location. We really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen pots and pans need to be updated. They are a little worn out and some of the teflon pans not usable. The pool sticks need to be fixed or replaced. There was only one usable stick. The mattress in the upper master bedroom is completely worn out. One side is a big dip like laying in a bowl and you have to roll uphill to get to the other side. Not comfortable at all. The pool and hot tub were awesome. Not sure why the Fox and Friends tv station was blocked. Needed user ID and password which we did not have. Access to ALL statiobs would have been nice. All in all the house was great.

Excellent Location

It was a great experience and I would love to have given 5 stars but * The Lock would not open and we had problems with that for two days * The Pool was supposed to be heated but was messed up until our last two days * The grill had no gas and was not clean * The top front deck had a large amount of hair on it where someone had trimmed their hair and it had not been cleaned up * The vents in the house were very dirty and had mold on them In saying this over all it was a wonderful place to be and I definitely recommend renting from Coastal Carolina Vacations and this house was in a perfect location to everything we needed. Yes there was problems with the lock and pool but they got someone there and fixed both as soon as they could and they reimbursed us for the days we missed using the pool and I told them about the other problems when we left and I feel sure they will take care of them also
