This property was NOT as listed. I had hoped a previous post rating it 2/10 (which has since been deleted) was wrong. It was not. It is located on the beach, has washer/dryer, and dishwasher that works (but has some broken parts). That is all I can say about it that is positive. - There is no screened in porch. Period. - Due to overgrown landscaping you cannot see the water from the porches, at all. Between this and lack of screened in porch, you cannot enjoy the outside in the afternoon/evening, unless your bug repellant is better than ours!- There were not enough comforters for the beds. - The last tenant’s laundry was still there when we arrived and it was still there on the bottom porch when we left. - If there is any rain at all you may need more than a sedan to get off the road through the driveway. Expect deep, standing water. Super fun when you are taking out the trash. - There are no plug-ins in the bathroom. - Cabinets and drawers in kitchen do not work great. I’ve asked the management company to update the listing for accuracy repeatedly since arriving, particularly in light of the now deleted review also reflecting no screened-in porch. It is really sad that you cannot trust these listings and get what you pay for.

The Perfect Spot

We so enjoyed our time on the little seaside cottage! It was so charming and perfectly appointed. The bedrooms were cozy and spacious enough for our family of four. While we were in Nags Head, we did a lot of water activities, and there were even surf boards and beach chairs available at the house. The outside spaces were perfect, and the walk to the beach was great. We had no problems except for finding the place on the first day. Our GPS sent us to the wrong property, but we soon figured it out.

Modern and clean with great views!

Beautiful home with beach views and private walkway to ocean. Modern amenities with smart TVs in every room as well! Will definitely be back.

Excellent stay in Nags Head

Property was clean, quiet, relaxing! Fantastic sunrises! Only complaint was my wife said it needed a full-length mirror somewhere. :-)
