I was able to getaway for a week and chose the new Pullman due to loyalty to Accor. The lobby area is amazing and is visually impressive. Check in was easy and the room was ready shortly afterwards. The room was spacious and bathrooms are pretty standard with Pure Fiji ammenities. Wifi is slow so probably not strong enough to bring any work away with you. Restaurants are slowly opening but that didn’t impact my stay. Kah is wonderful and I was able to eat my way through the menu and met the Thai chef which was great. Breakfast is very good and will appeal to all. Barefoot is always open and you can basically order anything from the various menus and they will bring it too you. I had a few issues occur but that is totally expected during a soft opening. This was well handled by Gyan Assistant Manager. The resort is well laid out with enough restaurants and child free areas to accommodate both families and couples. I really enjoyed my stay and am looking at returning again in October. Special mention to staff Lorraine and Saki in Barefoot, Sultana and Jerry in Kah, Luisa my fabulous housekeeper and Sai Fitness trainer.

We recently stayed at the Pullman which has not yet officially opened. The staff are wonderful, very friendly and more than helpful but the hotel is still settling into opening. The rooms are lovely; large enough and with views. Beds are comfortable and the bathroom is large, well laid out and has lovely toiletries. The pools are excellent but some tiles are coming loose and the management should do a thorough inspection of them and all areas to ensure that the workmanship is up to scratch. Hot water is an issue. When it works it is fabulous but we had a number of issues with it in the shower. Ask for help immediately as there appears to be trick with the tap to get it right. Air conditioning is similarly complex to work out so again ask for help straight away or it can get very cold in your room. Food is very good but menus need expanding to cater for people who stay more than a few days. A shop is needed on site to sell snacks, incidentals and toiletries and hopefully that will come. A sign is needed to find the ATM, so well hidden. Water sports are available but it was hard to find staff to help. Breakfast is good but there was a lack of fruit which surprised us for a tropical resort. Massage: very good. Walk down the beach to some of the beach restaurants; well worth it. The Pullman has great potential and I hope they iron out the little problems that can become annoying. Perhaps more a location for adults than families.

I had great fun with the family activities! the pool was great for both the family pool and adults only. So many people at the hotel were willing to help or make your time more enjoyable. Great resort to go to in Fiji with families because facilities and and people are great for/around kids. Special mention to Lagi, Semi, Wasa, Semisi, Romeo and Iskeli; for making my time extra special.

Lovely new hotel Rooms are gorgeous, big bath, lovely accessories and fluffy towels...beds are heaven! Several lovely restaurants, not over priced at all. Happy hour has $20 cocktails and $10 wine Can walk up beach to other hotels and supermarket is across the road Beach not quite as nice as Denarau but still nice, can go horse riding along it. Float planes land out front.

My Partner and I arrived here last week for a 6 night stay. We arrived at the resort after a short transfer to the resort and was welcomed by a number of different staff who opened our doors for us and took our bags. After this we went through a quick check in process and received 2 complimentary welcome drinks. A member of staff walked us to our room with our bags and WOW. The rooms are spectacular and spacious with exceptional views (especially pool view). The bed is very comfortable and we had some of the best sleeps ever in this bed. Every staff member goes above and beyond to meet every need you have. The pools are incredible and the adults only pool is a nice touch to the resort. The breakfast is incredible with so much variety, you would have to be incredibly fussy not to enjoy it. Barefoot restaurant is beautiful at night and the food was tasty and we enjoyed every meal. Kah restaurant was amazing, being an adults only restaurant it was very peaceful with spectacular service! The family activities is a great way to occupy children while the adults can go to the spa and get a massage, and I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS. We had two couples treatments while on our stay and both times were very relaxing and the staff were very attentive! The staff here will do anything for you if you ask! Please IGNORE any negative, character degrading reviews for the Pullman! If you choose to stay here, it is what YOU make of it! There is plenty to do especially with EVOLUTION FIJI on the beach front, the spa and a tour desk to book day trips through. We are currently in the process of booking our trip back for next year to stay here again and see the development of this NEW and EXCITING resort in Nadi Bay! The soft opening phase wasn’t an issue for us and I’m sure it won’t be for you two! Please stay here and I promise if you choose to make it a happy experience, you will have the BEST time! A BIG shout out has to go to Sereana, Christian and Sorebo! You three deserve customer service awards! As an Accor member I will be back next year!

For transparency I am an Accor Plus Platinum member and for the past 10 years have spent 90% of my stays at Sofitel Denarau. I have been waiting for a while to see this property open!!! It certainly didn't disappoint. I was afforded a suite facing the water and it was stunning. Room was beautifully appointed, great water pressure, comfy bed and I loved the nightly turn down service. Being a new property everyone is still feeling their feet and things will happen as the hotel fine tunes, but you could not fault the genuine nature in which the staff welcomed, helped and acknowledged each and every guest they came across. Breakfast was plentiful with great options. Barista Coffee is available at a small cost and it is great. The Ro Bar is a great place to get to know the staff and I sure had fun sharing stories over a Vodka or two. Dan Dan's was simply awesome and had multiple meals from there. The Barefoot Bar is a leisurely place to have a burger, relax and you have easy access to the pool etc. I didn't venture to Kah the hotel's Thai restaurant, for me it was way too quiet - I love being in the middle of all the action !!!!!! There are just so many staff I would love to personally mention, but across Dan Dan, Ro and Magiti, I want to acknowledge all the fabulous staff I have had the absolute pleasure of getting to know over my stay these past few days. I have had an absolutely awesome stay. The Bula bus service to Denarau now running was so much fun. Drops you at the Port or Water Park some 4 round trips a day so gives you as little or as much time as you want. Once on Denarau your ticket allows you access to all the local Bula bus services. It was FJD29 per person for a day pass. You would need to ask for family passes etc. The hotel offers access for walks along the beach, down the main road or go next door to the local backpackers for a beer on the beach. Or simply soak up that book by the pool. There is also an adult area which is a nice touch. My only piece of feedback would be the WiFi. It was a bit hit and miss and as I was working through the day, was a little frustrating at times. I think all it needs is some better bandwidth shaping. I didn't get to The Spa but that will be for my next visit. Thank you Pullman team, it has been very memorable and am very sad to be saying goodbye. Vinaka Vaka Levu xx

Such a wonderful five days staying at this newly opened hotel. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and do so in a way that is refreshingly natural and sincere. Nothing was too much trouble. The restaurants on site are splendid. The Kah Thai restaurant has food that reminded me of the famous Blue Elephant restaurant in Bangkok. The ‘barefoot’ restaurant serves fresh and interesting food that didn’t disappoint. The hotel buffet breakfast is what you would expect but the standard was good and an egg station is always a welcome addition. The spa is not cheap, not surprisingly though. My wife did say though the quality of the service provided was incredibly good. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. Lounging around the pools is a great way to unwind and enjoy the efficient hospitality of the bar and restaurant staff. Free displays from the fire dancers, live music and other surprises just helped make this an unforgettable holiday. We would come back in a heartbeat.

Pullman being one of the renowned brand names from the accor group, you expect things to be at the same level as other Accor hotels all over the world. Instead I was disappointed with the most basic of services which was the hot water shower in the room. The hot water was either solar powered or had limited usage as it was not always available. I also order midnights meals and was given an overdose of salt in my burgers which i had to throw away... Maybe not a good idea to eat after 11 as all the other meals ordered in normal hours seemed to be ok.

Stunning Fijian detail with a modern twist in the finishes. Beautiful staff who will welcome you & look after you like a friend. Relax around the various pools on the comfortable outdoor furniture sipping away @ a cool drink delivered by the waiting staff. The quality of the food is very high, also the variety available at the various restaurants. One small negative...There is some work still being carried out but hopefully that will be completed very soon.

The gym at Pullman has an awesome set up I only hope it could open to outside guests living nearby we wouldn't mind paying any amount of membership as long as its a gym close to martintar and wailoaloa. The gym has its own personal trainers which is somehow a plus they can be able to monitor the proper use of the machines and assist us as well in training, I wouldn't mind paying PT charges as well. We had a good time and thank you so much to Sai and Semisi at the gym for assisting us. Thanks Pullman Fiji.
