Easy on/off from interstate. Short distance from casino. The staff was friendly and the room was clean!

Hotel is aging - most of the furniture has nicks and scars, the tub has a large chip, one of the desk lights has a broken switch, wires are visible in the bathroom light, elevator door groans when opening and closing, only one elevator working, but the room was clean and comfortable

The hotel staff was wonderful. We were immediately greeted and given a full explanation of the facilities and area. The bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Snacks and coffee were available all the time. The hotel was very close to the highway but not so close that it was a distraction.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights. The location was perfect for visiting the town of Mystic and the seaport area, the casinos and a couple of wineries in the area. The front desk was very helpful with directions and restaurant recommendations.

I have been reading these reviews for two years and I really have a problem with people complaining about the hotel's decor needing to be updated. Really? That's all you can complain about? Maybe because we're not fancy people looking for a spa experience but rather a place to "crash" with our kids, we thought it was great! The indoor pool is a HUGE bonus for our kids because they can swim regardless of the weather conditions. The included breakfast is usually nothing more than cold cereal and mass-produced bagels at most hotels. Not here; you get hot food and many choices every day. You truly cannot beat that, especially if you are heading out to do activities. We have returned since this trip and we will return again.

I had a bussiness trip and I wanted a hotel where I could relax in the evenings, this place was worth it.

clean room breakfast included good value for money

the hotel was close enough to the mohegan, and easy to find. Room was clean and comfy!,,Breakfast was nicely done. No complaints!!

The hotel was cozy and even though it was completely sold out, it was so quiet in our room. Just a great experience.

rooms on non-smoking floor are not smoke free. It took moving to 3 rooms to find one that was semi smoke free. Pool water was way too hot (felt like a lobster. Business office was ine coimpoter which was way too less for pweople tryonmg top use it with unsupervised kids running amok.

Comfortable, freiendly helpful staff.

visiting son at Sub base. Really pleasant atmosphere. Clean rooms.

My wife and I spent one night there when attending a concert at Mohegan Sun. The location made it an easy commute. We found the room to be clean and the beds extremely comfortable. We would have given them 5 stars but we had a problem with the volume on our TV which was resolved after two trips to the front desk.

It was very nice and clean. The people working at the desk couldn't have been nicer. They went out of they're way to help us.I would definately stay there again.

very frienly attentive staff

Check-in was ok,got the keys went into town for dinner with my Wife & daughter, got back to our room to find it a mess, wet towels on the bathroom floor & bed. both beds were NOT Made up!! dirty glasses on the counters,& the room smelled of smoke, lighter on top of the TV. this was a BIG inconvienance since my wife is disabled also the room was @ the end of the hall

Excellent. Clean rooms, quiet building, excellent location.

The hotel met all of my expectations. The staff was helpful and the room was clean and quiet.

Great location, very clean rooms and freindly staff. Would go back again.

The only thing I would have changed was the length of my stay. We were there for a college graduation and there were a lot of activities fo us to attend. I wish I have stayed longer to unwind. We had a grand time. Our stay was excellent.
