Fantastic host lots of communication about checkin as well as if anything was needed. The room was great. Laundry right in the condo. Everything you need if cooking and eating for your stay. The pool was busy, but it was spring break so expected.

Rooms were fairly clean, but trash and a lot of dust behind some of the furniture. Vacuum cleaner was clogged, sink drain wouldn’t drain.Kitchen well stocked, however two trash bags weren’t enough for a week stay.

Relaxing family retreat

10/10. The 3 bedroom suite was perfect! It was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The location was perfect. We enjoyed the beach when the weather permitted and took advantage of the water park when it was cool and rainy. Perfect getaway for our family. The host was incredible kind, accessible, and responsive to answer any questions.We truly had a great time — thanks again!Looking forward to our next stay!

My family of 7 stayed here for 6 nights, 7 days and couldn't have been more pleased with our stay. We had plenty of room and it was very nice having a full working kichen with our own washer and dryer.The check-in process was easy, communication with owners was great, the view of the ocean was great, and the place was just as described. The amenities that were included were wonderful. I really wanted a place that had stuff for my 9 and 7 year old to do incase they got tired of the beach and it exceeded my expectations. The ease of the access to the beach was perfect. Everything we wanted to do was just in minutes. I definitely would recommend staying here if you have the chance.

Spring Break Trip

We chose Dunes Village because of its indoor waterparks and being oceanfront. The resort itself required a 5-night stay, but we only wanted to stay 3 nights, so we were glad Ron could accommodate that request. It was also nice to view the condo online before renting, as opposed to taking your chances with what the resort itself will put you in.The condo was just as pictured. Everything was clean, comfortable and updated. We never had an issue getting an elevator. The weather was warm enough to enjoy the beach and the condo came with 4 beach chairs. My grandsons (3 and 5) loved the beach and the indoor waterparks. (The little kids waterpark was in our building.) We all had a wonderful time and would definitely rent this condo again.We did experience some confusion finding the correct building for check in. So don't unload all your belongings onto luggage carts until you are sure you're at the right place! This condo is in the Palmetto Building, which is the building on the left as you face the resort from the street. There is a parking lot to the right and then the Palms building. Also, beware of the timeshare "concierge" on the first floor. So annoying!
