The penthouse was exactly as listed. It is very close to downtown and has convenient parking when driving. The owners are very responsive. It was a pleasure to stay here.

Wonderful beach and beautiful ocean views. Maggie and Charles are excellent hosts - very welcoming and responsive. All the basics were provided and the unit is clean and nicely updated.

Beautiful condo and great location

We had a great stay here. Right on the beach, minutes from the board walk. Our kids enjoyed the lazy river and pools. Everything was wonderful. Property is well maintained.

Perfect!

The property was perfect for my mom’s 75th bday trip. It was clean and comfortable and had all the essentials we needed. The location can’t be beat ….and the view exceptional. Host communication was immediate and easy. We will 100% stay here again!

Perfect Location

The condo was wonderful. Beautiful views from both balconies. Within walking distance of main boardwalk. Lots of restaurants. Building is well kept. Pool area was lovely. Weather (early May) was amazing. The hosts answer texts quickly. Highly recommend!

If anything the pictures do not fully describe this beautiful property - its better. The apartment is spotless with lots of towels and thoughtful items like Keurig cups for a coffee. Charles and Maggie are hosts who not only communicate with you, entry codes, helpful pictures etc. but when I had an issue with parking they went above and beyond. They really know how to make a difference.

Excellent spot

This was great for a family of four! Beds are comfortable, it’s quiet and you can’t beat the view! Laundry machines onsite were nice to have as well. The timing was bad due to jellyfish hatching but we enjoyed a lot of other fun nearby activities.

North Myrtle Beach Stay

Accommodations and amenities were as advertised. Property conveniently located to groceries, and some restaurants. We rarely drove anywhere.One very minor issue with the entrance door to the unit, but the owner was quick to assist and rectify the situation.I would recommend the unit for others.

We were really happy with our quick stay in this condo! We had plenty of room for the 3 of us, but it could definitely accommodate a larger group. Ocean front balconies off master bedroom and living room were amazing! Building seemed a bit older, but the condo is beautifully updated and clean. Condo was well stocked with everyday items like paper towels, toilet paper, dish and laundry soap. We paid extra for an early check in and it was worth it to enjoy the pools and beach access. Hosts replied quickly to any questions we had and were friendly and more than accommodating. Great location. Walking distance to several shops and restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Amazing Ocean Views

Condo is renovated/updated, clean, and welcoming. We had a great stay and would book again in the future. I would caution those wanting to cook and prepare meals daily that the kitchen is limited on pots, pans, etc. We were only there for a weekend and that wasn't much of an issue for us, but it could be a bummer for those that plan to stay for a full week and don't want to eat out 24/7. THAT is the only think that could be improved. Everything else was excellent and 5 stars throughout.
