Loved Our Holiday Stay Here!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are four siblings (two from Paris and two from the U.S.) who stayed here over Christmas and New Year, and we loved it. The place is great, and the staff are super friendly and quick to respond.Only minor issue: some plates and utensils had dried food, so we had to rewash a few, but the beds and sheets were clean.We travel to beachfront spots a few times a year, and everyone agreed this was the best place we’ve stayed. Convenient for shopping in town too—highly recommend!

Beautiful condo with 2 openings to outside to sit and enjoy the ocean view from either living room or master Very nice accommodations and nice family space to enjoy. Loved everything about our stay

Overall we had a great time here. Property was clean, loved the proximity to the beach. My only gripe is no toilet paper, paper towels or hand and dish soap. It would have been nice to have something when we arrived.

Fun times! Overall very pleased. There were a couple areas that could use a good wiping down which I took care of myself. Beautiful view of the ocean & very spacious condo!

This was a perfect place for a girls week and it was so clean and nice. The only thing I didnt like was having to make the beds when we got there but other than that a very nice place

The rental management company was great to deal with, and helped us get in next day with little hassles (we had to move to this new location in an emergency from another Vrbo rental that we left due to multiple issues). Place was what we had hoped for. Only suggestion would be place could definitely use some fresh paint and updated living room couch and recliners. Would definitely stay here again (amenities were great)

Excellent! We had enough room to accomodate 7 adult females. The contact representative was very tenative. Just one minor hiccup with the dryer on a timer or somethng (it kept stopping and restarting) taking a longer drying time, but other than that we had at great time.

Great location. Beautiful views. Clean rooms. Only down fall was elevators. We would wait sometimes 5-10 minutes for an elevator. Check out time with elevators was terrible wait time was up to 20 minutes.

Decent place to vacation and unwind with only exception. The water in the showers were lukewarm at best and often cold,there was literally no hot water in the bathroom sink off the primary bedroom. Couldn't wait to get home and take a good shower.

Fantastic Memorial Day weekend! Only two downsides - the condo is not as brightly lit as the photos show and LOTS of neighbors were smoking pot, but that's not the condo's fault. The condo itself is fantastic! Comfy beds, clean, well appointed. The views are fantastic! We had rough weather one day, but it didn't matter because we had a great time playing games at the table and enjoying the views. The beach also wasn't as crowded as we'd feared. Recommend!

Bring your own Toilet Paper and Make your own beds

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Resort is nice and in a great location, literally minutes away from the airport and directly on the beach. The unit was large and maintained. It was "fairly" clean, with main areas cleaned well. ***Renter be ware, when you rent from this management company, you will be required to sign a rental agreement that is pages and pages long, reminding me of signing for a mortgage, and in addition to that, you have to make the beds upon arrival and strip them before you leave. You also have to bring your own toilet paper, garbage bags, and literally any other supplies normally found at hotels, such as soap, paper towels and tissues, etc. It tells you this in the 900 page long rental agreement (yes, sarcastic, it was not 900 pages but felt like it). Since we cannot buy just a couple of garbage bags, or two single rolls of TP, I have to assume that the cleaning company removes these items to force guest to buy new stuff each rental. Other than the inconvenience of literally making all the beds ourselves (They will do it for you for $5/bed if you notify them 3+ days in advance, which I didn't see in time) and having to run to Wal-Mart to buy all the essentials, the resort and the unit were good.
