Linens

The floors weren’t clean when we arrived. They had someone come out and clean them. Also when you book this unit you are booking through Elliot Beach Rentals. They do not provide any linens which is another 120 dollars to rent them. Beds are old and need replacing

View is great! A suggestion to replace the old spring mattresses. They were not comfortable.

Dirty room

Room was dirty when i first enetered and i called to complain , and i was told the room was not cleaned yet and i entered too soon (checked in at 1) went to room at 315, and i did not buy that excuse so 10 min later i get a messege the room is ready so i go back and the room was in the same condition, so i called again and was put on hold for 12 min after complaining and then hung up on after having to explain myself to 3 people and getting hung up on, then was told i could clean the room myself, trying to make a long story short i did not get in the room until 645pm that day. P.s. the mold stained ceiling from the vents was a nice added bonus
