No WiFi nocesn view couldn’t shower , balcony door lock broke , hotel used stick to lock it

First, people had been smoking in the room, the air conditioner was fill with cigarette smoke, animal hair was next to the bed. There was lots of mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and over the outside of the bathroom door. The front desk person was very rude and unconcerned about. She also Lied about calling the manager. They up date me to another room. That room neither of air conditioners worked, they had to replace both. The place smelled very old, it need a major UPDATE. Would I come back, after the upgrade.

Staff was fine and courteous but property was very dated and not clean

The Only thing this hotel has going for it is it’s beach front location. Low maintenance,a few decades since room had been updated. Stains on sheet, a toilet that doesn’t flush, leaking faucet, water stained ceiling, sticky carpet. Small TV. Other wise think of a truck stop hotel, that happens to be located on the beach. You can do better

Our stay was terrible. No housekeeping service. I had to go get clean towels and toilet paper. AC unit had inch thick dust in filter. Exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't help at all. Bathroom door swollen and didn't shut. Balcony door handle broken and fell off in my son's hand. The room phone didn't work. Used my cell to call down to the front desk and they never answered, it was 6:00 pm. Elevator sketchy, hole in the floor.

The rooms were filthy. Everything from the headboards to the dresser drawers were sticky. The faucets leaked and the paint was peeling off the ceiling. The room was carpeted and felt it felt gross on your feet. The prices were to high and I would rather pay more to stay somewhere clean.

They didn't come in and clean or replace towels, there is noone in the office after hours so if you have a problem you have to go to front door and get a number to call. Had people staying directly above up all night as they were stomping on the floor and yelling and kept my 1yo son up all night which in turn kept us up all night. And all I get from the staff in the morning was oh well we are sorry.

As a whim, I checked to see if I could find something reasonable for a one-night "personal get-away". The price was extremely reasonable ($XX for a beach hotel; a small amount more for a private balcony, ocean side room); double twin beds (comfortable), small kitchenette with refrigerator and coffee maker, The two people I worked with to get a good room (I wanted a sun-rise view!) were extremely nice and helpful - I believe they even chose a different room just so I could get the view I wanted! The room, bathroom, beds were all clean; room security was fine (6th floor balcony so I did not feel uncomfortable with a sliding door without a full "brace"). For the price, the location and the view - it was definitely a great deal!

The only plus to the hotel was the proximity to the ocean. The "high-speed wifi" didn't work at all, our bathroom had no towels, there was dried pee on the toilet and there was a used washcloth on the shower curtain. The entire complex smelled acrid and sour. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in in my entire life

I have travelled 700+ miles to stay at Sea Horn for a family vacation but had to cancel my stay after only one night and move elsewhere. This hotel was by far the most disgusting place i have ever stayed at. The floors, elevators and all carpets in the hotel smelled so horribly that we could not even fall asleep. The bathrooms had no soap, towels, toilet paper, or anything else for that matter and we had to repeatedly ask the staff to bring these basic items. Broken and rusted appliances, rusted and broken chairs, foul smelling air conditioning, dirty towels and sheets and dead (or alive) cockroaches topped it all. Once we came, we met a couple of people who also cancelled or shortened their stay, some others with disgusted looks on their faces tried to get their money back. To prevent people from leaving the hotel just implemented no refund policy, so please, read the reviews before booking. False advertising - we booked a room that was supposed to have a balcony, but instead only had a side walkway covered with a smelling carpet. We did not use the hot tub or the pool. Both looked cloudy and in need of cleaning.

Beachfront property on the quiet end of the strip. Reserved a ocean view room, but received a room with the view of the hotel next door and more like a side view of the water. The room had a funny smell and the carpets were in need of cleaning. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Considering we were steps from the beach, it was worth what we paid.
