3rd floor (must climb stairs) Gorgeous 2BR condo built around the River Oaks Golf Club grounds, just off international drive, 15 minuets drive from the beach and all main attractions. Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. Condo sleeps up to 6 guests.

The Space:
2 bedrooms, 2 bathroom, Cozy condo. 1 king bed, 1 queen bed and pullout sofa in the living room. Washer and dryer available in the unit.
Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. Dining area open to living room leads to the balcony.
Sheets and linens provided. Free WiFi and smart TV available.
*Pets are not allowed.
*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.
*Towels are provided for showers only.

Guest Access:
The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place.
*Access the pool with white card (must be kept and returned before checking out. There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken card and parking tag)
