Newly renovated 2BR/1BA condo in few minutes walk to the beach. It is located in the heart of Myrtle beach near Uptown downtown Market commons with upscale restaurants and boutiques.

* Less then 5 min drive to the airport

*10min drive to Broadway at the beach and main attractions.

*Walmart is 5 streets away.

*Fully stocked kitchen

*sleeps up to 6 guests.

*PET OWNERS: pets are allowed with a pet fee but must be pre-approved, please contact me for details.



The Space:

*2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom

*on the 1st floor, Very spacious condo.

* 2 King beds, 1 pullout sofa in the living room.

*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics.

*Dining area open to living room.

*Sheets and linens provided.

*Free WiFi and smart TV's available.

*Pets are allowed with a pet fee per pet. Please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you.

*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.

*Towels are provided for showers only.

*No laundry room on the premisses.

*Only 1 parking spot available.

The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.

*Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)

Ok for a short stay

The sheets on one bed were dirty, Keurig did not work, and the walls are so thin you can hear every word from the guests outside. People were outside of our unit both front and back at night both nights talking and we couldn’t sleep. Several times we heard people knocking on doors repeatedly and yelling. We didn’t feel safe.
