We had a great time. Unit is as described. We even got to check in early which was a life saver with little ones. Unit was clean and had everything we needed. Location was ideal . We love Island Vista. Only suggestion would be to include beach chairs in the unit. Other than that we had everything we needed. We will be back!

We loved out stay here. Kitchen has everything you need. Beds very comfortable. Full size washer and dryer. Spacious room so everyone was comfortable. Beautiful views and nice furniture on the balcony. We were told ahead of time that we wouldn't have use to luggage carts, but no big deal, we took our wagon and parked on the same floor as our room. No elevator necessary. The garage is a little tight to maneuver, but not a lot of traffic, so manageable. We will definitely stay here again!

Was good overall! Good location and my kids loved the pool. Only issue I’d say was how they only provide you 1 trash bag for the whole stay but definitely not a deal breaker. Grout in shower in main bedroom did have some black spots unsure if mold?- other than that unit was very clean. Would stay again.

Beach Retreat

We stayed at Island Vista which sits right on the beach! We loved the view and the convenient location. We liked that it was away from the boardwalk and all that craziness. The unit was comfortable and the kitchen well appointed. We did some cooking and found plenty of cooking utensils as well as a small crockpot, air frier, coffee/Keurig, toaster, toaster oven and plenty of wine glasses and dinner ware. The main bedroom has an ocean view, the other two rooms look out onto the hallway. The family room has a big sliding door out onto a good sized porch with chairs to enjoy the view. I would recommend this property!

This condo is exactly as listed and more. The condo itself is beautiful and the location is perfect. The views of the ocean are stunning and provided a much needed break from our busy schedules. Perfect Beachfront Getaway

Our stay at this condo was absolutely perfect! The unit was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and with stunning ocean views. Waking up to the sight and sound of the sunrise and waves was perfection.The location was great, it was close to things, yet peaceful enough to feel like a true retreat. The amenities were fantastic, and the kids had an amazing time enjoying the pools and beach access. The highlight of our trip was spotting dolphins from the balcony.This condo exceeded our expectations, we highly recommend it.

Wonderful Holiday Escape

This property is just like the photos. Very well appointed kitchen, nice homey touches and very clean. We stayed for 12 days over Christmas and really enjoyed the oceanfront location; when we had problems with the plumbing the rental company was really prompt in fixing our issue(s). I can highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great location and lovely property to enjoy some beachfront vacation time.

Accurate listing, great location, slightly clunky experience

The accomodations were great for our group of four (one couple, two singles). We were able to walk to a really fun bar (Jimigans!) and having a kitchen was a plus. But if I were staying again (and I would), I would book with the resort directly. Booking through VRBO added lots of off-putting bureaucratic layers--a separate call to verify our ages, additional paperwork, constant admonitions to not trash the place, and all the check-out processes you expect from a rental...but with the impersonal touch of a hotel (AND hotel check-in/check out procedures!). Just book directly and enjoy a full resort experience.

The property was exactly as pictured. The condo was spacious and well decorated. The proximity to the beach was amazing. The pools and hot tub were very nice. We loved the outdoor seating around the fireplace in the evening. Highly recommend! Can’t wait to visit again!

Amazing stay

We had a great stay here. The location is perfect. Just a 10 minute drive to the boardwalk. Lots of grocery stores and ice cream shops near by. The pools were awesome and never crowded. Would definitely come back again.
