Conveniently located and within walking distance of the Ocean Annies, enjoy live music by the beach and a great atmosphere! A short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common and Ripley's Aquarium. Many of the area's popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping are a short drive away.

I highly recommend using ride-sharing services such as Uber and Lyft. There is also Turo.

This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room. Please treat as you would your home. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

- Notice – Spectrum Internet Installation (Sept–Oct 2025):

Building-wide internet upgrades will take place from September 8, 2025, for about 4–6 weeks. Expect daytime drilling (8 am–6 pm), construction noise, and workers will access the units.



- All units must be serviced to ensure the proper treatment.

Pest control takes place on the first Saturday of each month.

The hot tub and pool were clean and so warm! (We stayed the last week of December through the new year). Loved the gym and tennis/basketball courts. Close to everything. Perfect beaches, not crowded. Wonderful security guards watching over the lots and facilities. We had everything we needed at check in, didn’t have to pay extra for towels/linens. Kitchen was great! Amazing communication the entire time from booking, during the stay, and at check out. I 100% recommend this condo and host!
