great hotel complex. room, double queen, spacious, comfortable and clean. big bathroom with shower and tub. walls are a bit thin, could hear noises in adjacent room and surrounding rooms doors closing ( surprisingly loud). nice gym and outdoor pool. beautiful beach, can either take shuttle or is 30 min walk. nice section of myrtle beach next to intercoastal waterway. would stay again and recommend.

Stay was ok. Went to the pool 3 days.. all 3 days power washing was going on the entire time. Very annoying. Pool was freezing. No shuttle to the beach which is understandable but should b clear on the website. Bed was comfy. Maid service top notch. Over nite check in lady was nasty. Overall good. Not great.

You could not control the air conditioning in your room. It was set at 74 and it would not go up or down. Horrible and we were seweating most of the night. I could not use the big pillows because they were too high for my neck to fit on them. Overall, we will never come back

The employees were so nice, especially Marc and Dillon in the restaurant pub. It was beautiful. The ice machine was broken but was fixed by the next day. I would highly recommend. Thank you to all the employees.

a pleasant surprise
First and foremost, I made some requests before my stay. I was pleasantly surprised that someone actually listened and I was very pleased with the room and accomodations. The staff was very pleasant. The prices for the food were not.
