The valet staff was very helpful. The valet staff always makes the first impression. Available but not pushy. The rooms were clean and very nice. Everyone was well-trained and helpful. This certainly is a well-managed property. Good job.

I loved that this hotel offered a kiddie pool and the hot tub’s temperature was perfect. The property was serene and our room had a lovely view of the intracoastal highway. My kids loved sitting in the rocking chairs and watching the boat go by.

We have sayed at Marina Inn at least twice a year for the last 8 to 10 years. This stay was probably one of the worst. They removed the dry sauna, no sanitary wipes in the workout room for 4 of the 5 days we were there, the shower seal leaked water onto the floor with every shower, maintenace has to replace bulbs on 2 of the lamps in the room. Not colossal gaffes, but it shows a lack of finite details they are known for. I hope it was not due to being under staffed as a resilt of ICE!
