This condo boasts one of the best views in Maisons Sur Mer EXCLUSIVE Resort. The kitchen area is great for socializing and enjoying the views. Located in the EXCLUSIVE/PRIVATE Maisons Sur Mer (walking distance to Ocean Annies) on a HIGH floor, this condo features fantastic ocean views from the TWO balconies. It has 1 King and 2 Queen beds and can comfortably sleep up to 6 guests. Situated in Myrtle Beach, SC in Maisons Sur Mer, this resort has it all! The beachfront condo is equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, cooktop/oven, LCD TVs, and two private bathrooms. Enjoy oceanside pools and private ocean balconies! FREE WIFI! We hope you enjoy this condo as much as we do!

Conveniently located and within walking distance of Ocean Annies, where you can enjoy live music by the beach and a great atmosphere! It's a short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, and Ripley's Aquarium. Many of the area's popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping options are just a short drive away!

NOTE: THIS CONDO DOESN'T HAVE ACCESS TO THE GYM. Tiki Bar is now officially closed for the season.
NOTE: The exit gate is currently under repair and remains open. Please avoid leaving valuables in your car and keep windows closed. Be aware of the animals in the area. Security is monitoring the area, though no guard is posted full-time.

The ocean view was excellent and all 2 bedrooms and living area could enter the balconies. The sun covered the balconies late morning until the sun went down. Also our vehicle could always be seen from our balcony. No safety concerns at all. This is a very luxurious condo and a real joy to rent. 4 elevators were very fast and easy access to the beach and vehicle. Also security guards at front entrance. Would stay again. Easy everything for a great vacation.
