The property was clean and very nice. My only complaint is the lack of towels in our room. We had 4 adults and 1 child. Our room had only 5 towels and 5 washcloths for a 3 night stay. I would definitely stay again provided we have enough towels for the entire stay.

It was nice

It was very clean, the room is in the perfect spot. However, both beds in the living area feel like your laying straight on box springs. Super uncomfortable. We asked where we could get trash bags and they stated they supply 1 for each kitchen and small bathroom and that's it. We were there for 5 days, also informed that we got 6 towels and have to wash them ourselves if we need more. We didn't realize until after booking that we couldn't use the water park or the dining areas, so plan for that. Our toaster was broken we let them know they said they would get it fixed. The hotel was very nice though. The pools and lazy river were out favorite parts. It's nice to sit on the balcony.
