Horrible place to deal with. We got there on a Friday afternoon and the key pad wasn't working. Called the number. The manager was not there. The managing property was in California. Told us the manager wouldn't be back until Monday. After 3 hours on the phone with them, Told us to find a hotel for the night and they would reimburse us for the night. Called the next morning and was told some one went out to fix the keypad. We got there and the keypad was still not working. Called the main number again. Told them the keypad was still not working. They said The manager is not in until Monday. The only thing we can do is cancel the reservation, refund your money and you can find another place to stay. It was spring break week and we had our dog. Very hard to find a place last min. We did finally find something, but it was $2,700 MORE than what we paid for them. It has been 2 weeks later and we STILL HAVE NOT received our refund. They ruined our first 2 days there. We lost out money on a dinner cruise reservation because we had nowhere to leave our pup. I DO NOT RECCOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL.
