• A new pier is currently under construction near the property. This project is expected to continue through some time in 2026. While every effort is being made to minimize disruption, occasional noise or limited access to certain areas may occur.
• Please note: Coastline Pest Control performs preventative treatments in every unit on the 3rd Tuesday of each month. This is mandatory to insure you have a wonderful stay and to make sure you do not take home any unwanted guests. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

• Grilling is prohibited. Penalty: Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine.
• Bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds, and trailers are not allowed.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• NO PETS ALLOWED. Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.
• Gatherings of more than 6 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction.
• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction.
• You must be at least 21 years old to book this property.
• Leaving the unit later than the check-out time will incur a late check-out penalty starting from $500.

Overall a good place. Place smelled a little musty (probably just closed doe the season), but was great after opening the doors. Views were beautiful. Did note that the fan in the master bath was not working. Easy in and out. We would stay again.

Great location and overall stay. Only wish they had mats in the tub for the kids (my littles fell several times when showing after the beach) and pot holders for cooking. Everything else was fine!

Loved the location. Constructiom going on. Very noisy. Third bedroom too small for two adults. Floors very dirty. Vent not connected to dryer. Shower head came off. No universal remote for TV. No hairdryer. Was going to wash dishes before we left. But dishwasher not working. All these things should have been fixed before we got there. However, the repairman was extremely helpful and nice. Went the extra mile to satisfy us. Also agents very concerned and helpful when we called about problems. Checkout procedure was very easy. I would book at Virgo again because of easy access and helpfulness of agents.
