The floor of the room was extremely dirty, our feet and socks were black immediately after walking into the room or walking around. Other than that the room was clean. We didn’t come into contact with any staff so I can’t really leave a review for that. The lobby closes at 4pm. Parking was very accessible. The location is very close to everything you need and places to eat, entertainment, etc.

Mostly minor stuff. Table outside room was rusted. Coukd easily painted with a can of white rust oleum . Room had a bit of a musty smell. Probably need to clean or change filter. I bought a can of glade , it was not a big deal. Bed was amazing. Manager Maggie was sweet and very professional. Otherwise for the money was a good room for the money.

Property manager was so sweet and kind after helping me with a different properties fiasco. It’s great that it’s a block straight to the ocean. The doors are weathered tho so some stick hard and others allow all the street noise into the room. Other than that very convenient location in a nice neighborhood and clean.
