My wife and I were impressed with the property and the owner. What we liked: beautiful, spacious, uber clean, well-equipped condo, excellent ocean view, close to the beach, lots of free parking, close to stores, restaurants, piers, pool complex clean, great hot tub, and 3 tv's. What we didn't like. The tv in the master bedroom was non-functional. I infomred the owner, but told him it wasn't a big deal because we could live with 2 tv's. I didn't realize the tv's have different channel line-ups. The 2nd bedroom tv has 26 fewer channels than the living room tv. There were several laminated channel guides in the unit, all with the living room lineup. I'd suggest creating accurate channel guides for each tv. The garbage can has no lid and we could not find a place to keep it out of site. The wall safe does not work, but it is featured in photos of the unit. There is a note posted on the safe explaining that it wasn't listed in the amenities. I'd suggest taking the photos of the safe out of the listing. IInitially the owner was uber responsive helping us with check-in and repairing a faulty light switch within hours. I contacted him by phone and email to inform him of our early departure (due to weather), and to ensure we fully understood the checkout procedure and received no response. I'd still highly recommend this unit, especially at the February price. It was amazing for 2 people.
