Great Week in Myrtle Beach - June 2024

My family and i visited Myrtle Beach for a week. The unit was very nice. The bedrooms are very spacious and the beds and pillows are very comfortable. The livingroom / entertaining space was smaller than expected (a sofa and and an arm chair and a 42" tv), but workable. We spent more time on the beach that was right outside the parking garage. The location is perfect! Close to shopping and many attractions.

Beautiful Condo But...

My wife and I were impressed with the property and the owner. What we liked: beautiful, spacious, uber clean, well-equipped condo, excellent ocean view, close to the beach, lots of free parking, close to stores, restaurants, piers, pool complex clean, great hot tub, and 3 tv's. What we didn't like. The tv in the master bedroom was non-functional. I infomred the owner, but told him it wasn't a big deal because we could live with 2 tv's. I didn't realize the tv's have different channel line-ups. The 2nd bedroom tv has 26 fewer channels than the living room tv. There were several laminated channel guides in the unit, all with the living room lineup. I'd suggest creating accurate channel guides for each tv. The garbage can has no lid and we could not find a place to keep it out of site. The wall safe does not work, but it is featured in photos of the unit. There is a note posted on the safe explaining that it wasn't listed in the amenities. I'd suggest taking the photos of the safe out of the listing. IInitially the owner was uber responsive helping us with check-in and repairing a faulty light switch within hours. I contacted him by phone and email to inform him of our early departure (due to weather), and to ensure we fully understood the checkout procedure and received no response. I'd still highly recommend this unit, especially at the February price. It was amazing for 2 people.

Pros and Cons

Pros: Unit was clean and the bedrooms were spacious. Close to lots of attractions in the area and the access to the beach was simple. Plenty of bathroom towels provided. Nice view from the balcony. One mile from the airport. The owner was great for communication during the process! Cons: Master bedroom bed is terrible- very hard and uncomfortable. There is no kitchen sink- only a wet bar sized sink. The living room couch should not be counted on to be used as an extra bed or sleeping space- not sure what that contraption was. Limited space in the living room area to gather. Overall- it was a nice week away!

Great Bachelorette Stay

Would definitely stay at this location again. Everything was in functioning condition and was incredibly clean. We had 7 girls taking showers and never had an issue with hot water running out. The different settings on the shower head was definitely a plus. A variety of pots and pans, plates, bowls, plenty of silverware, pitcher, champagne glasses, as well as a crockpot, were available in the kitchen. Todd was a great communicator and timely in his responses. The view of the beach from the balcony was a beautiful one, even though it rained the entire weekend we were there. There were some sitting chairs available for the balcony and there were also boogy boards available in one of the bedroom closets too!

Area was alittle shady but that seemed to be that whole strip. Building of condo was alittle somber but condo was very nice but I found a lot of sand on couch so could have been cleaned alittle better..the property manager was easy to get in touch with and very accommodating

Perfectly suited our needs!

Our two week stay was very pleasant and the condo which has been recently upgraded had all the amenities that we required. Our host Todd was super helpful with the rental process and during our stay. We definitely would choose this unit again.

Great place to stay! Only couple of things not good, the money safe was locked and couldn't use it and main bedroom ceiling fan didn't work. Everything else was great! Nice condo, and nice view. Easy check in and check out.

They only issue was the wiring in the master bedroom and entrance. We couldn’t figure out how to turn the ceiling fan and light on, the wall switch turned the bedside lamp on.

Spacious & comfortable

Property was very clean & accommodating. The community pool was cleaned thoroughly daily and property owner was very kind and understanding. Early check in process could have been explained a little more clearly but overall I had an awesome experience!! Definitely would stay again .

Clean property as advertised

Condo was as advertised, updated and clean. Communication with property manager excellent. My only disappointment was that the building, not condo, was older and showed it’s age. Good place for family with small children or younger couples.
