My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the Grand Atlantic. The best part was the amazing beach view from the balcony. The balcony was also a nice size. It could fit a lot of people. I enjoyed my coffee in the morning by the large sliding doors to the balcony, watching the sunrise. It was cold in the mornings, so I did not sit on the balcony. The condo also fit my large group of 9 people, plus an infant. Each room was big and the beds were very comfortable. The pressure in the showers was also great. We also had covered parking. The location was good and we were just minutes away from the sites and activities we wanted to visit. There were heated indoor and outdoor pools, and a lazy river, and the beach is just a few steps away from the building. We would rent this place again, especially for the price we paid. There were some drawbacks, however, which is why I didn’t give 5 stars. These were annoyances but wouldn’t stop us from renting here again. We had to stop at the rental company’s office to get key cards and parking passes, and we had to drop those off at the end of our trip. That was unusual for us and took time from our trip. Usually, we receive a code to the rental and go straight there. The rental company was responsive though and good to work with. I think the kitchen was underequipped for cooking and the pots/pans that were there are aged and need replacing. I could not find oven mitts.
