At time of check in, your rental will already have 2 parking passes waiting for you inside the condo with a hassle-free keypad electronic lock for 24/7 access.

Parking:
2 free parking passes are provided. Passes must be visible in the vehicle(s) at all times in the designated parking lot or garage.

Additional Parking Information:
- RV's, motorcycles, boats, or trailers are prohibited and will be towed at owner's expense.
- Parking is first-come, first-serve during peak times in the Myrtle Beach area which include major holiday weekends and city-wide events so plan for increased traffic and crowds during those times.

Equipped with basic cooking capabilities and limited cookware provided a 2 burner mini stove but fully stocked with drinking glasses, plates, bowls, and utensils. It also includes a microwave, dishwasher, Keurig, refrigerator, freezer, and, of course, blender for late night margaritas! **NO OVEN**

Bedroom:
The shared bedroom includes 2 full beds, closet/dresser storage, single vanity, and a cable TV. There is a curtain to divide the rooms for privacy.

Bathroom:
1 full, shared hall bath with tub shower. Hairdryer included!

**Pest Control performs mandatory and preventative treatments in every unit once a month and may occur during your stay. This is just to insure no unwanted pests are entering the space for the best possible environment for our guests.**
