Unit 408 has incredible views and is a true 1bedroom condo with extra space to spread out! Explore Myrtle Beach from this amazing, gorgeous oceanfront condo. The Patricia Grand Resort gives you the perfect location to visit local attractions, or stay put and enjoy the Resort amenities. Condo has a new king bed in the bedroom, along with a new sleeper sofa that pulls out into a queen size bed. Well stocked with most everything you need. There are even two beach chairs and an umbrella for our guests to use.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a sofa bed, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
