The hotel couldn't find any plungers for the stock up toilet the rooms with smelly the hallway was smelly the knob fell off the bathtub the phone did not work and they have no Karen if you were happy or not
This hotel should be closed! The cable is bootleg meaning it is not real. Turned the tv to the local news channel and two people said "not news." Then there was nasty used bath towels in the bathroom from the previous guest. The vending machine took my money and would not return it. The elevator does not have air conditioning. The bathroom had mildew/mold in the shower/bathtub.
This hotel was not at my expectation I was very disappoint. I will not recommend anyone there until they make changes.
Location was very convenient, 10 mins to Myrtle Beach, 10 mins to Conway(where I needed to be). Hotel is dated and shows it, although bathroom and pool area was quite nice. Breakfast is not free, but inexpensive, mainly egg and meat sandwiches or similar items on buffet. Only one working ice machine on fifth floor. Half the power outlet in bathroom didn't work. Room fridge and AC worked fine. I wouldn't have a problem staying there again, but there are newer hotels fairly close by. Wifi was not great, very slow
Our hotel room and the hotel in general smelt like weed and drugs and the entire visit. House keeping never came to our room any of the 4 days we were there
Nice hotel. Stay away from 5th,6th floor. To much pot smoking going on. I moved to the 4th it was nice. The manager was very accommodating
You get what you pay for. It was adequately clean, which was most important to us. The hair dryer didn't work, we were only given 1 pack of coffee, and my boyfriend's scrotum hung in the water while using the bathroom, but those are minor inconveniences. We stayed for 1 night prior to our condo opening up and I'd do it again.
My room was a smoking room but I did not expect it to smell like an ash tray! They really need to invest in some air freshners.
this was the worse hotel I have ever been in there was roaches in room so they moved my room I should have been given my money back for the night had to put one of my bags in trash it had bugs in it also my cooler not good im out 180.00 for room also a 100 bag + and cooler
First room TV didn't work blood on sheets, smelled of mildew. They did move us to another room promptly. Second room Wi-FI was terrible roaches spotted on a few occasions. Food on site was horrible and not free breakfast. Charged $20 pet fee per day and the staff didn't seem to know how to charge a CC had to do it twice..
