Moldy, smelly room. Tv did not come in. Reached out to booking.com and hotel, never received a response.
Staff at check in had a poor attitude towards her job and was rude to customer ahead of me. Then made an unkind comment to me about that person. Microwave and refrigerator in Room did not work
This place is not a place to stay.,, Phone in room doesn't work. Sink water stands, toilet water comes up. Hallway stinks. Door was jammed like it had not been open for quite awhile. Price with tax $104. A ripoff. Breakfast is $5, really not good, left it.
Hotel is right next door to Camping World and while waiting for work to be done on our RV, and because they were pet friendly, we ended up staying here for 4 nights. Very sweet gal working the front desk for the first couple of days, but the people who worked it the last few days seemed like they didn't want to be there. Half the rooms were apparently under construction and good thing. Our room was humid and dank even with the air conditioner going all the time. The neighborhood was a bit seedy although no one bothered us, but I just did not feel warm and fuzzy in this hotel room and was very happy when our RV was ready.
This hotel was old, nasty and smelled horrible. I was shown 3 rooms before one was found to be ok. The first smelled horrible, the next had peeling paint, holes in the walls and smelled horrible also. The one we finally chose had a hole in the wall and the sheets had to be changed because there were shoe prints on them. It was being remodeled but I should have been told before I booked. I would have gone elsewhere.
I cancelled my stay 2 weeks prior to my arrival date which is plenty of time referencing their cancellation policy. However, they still charged my card!! A week and a half later and I'm still fighting to get my money back. Customer service did not seem to care at all even when I gave them my cancellation number. I ended up having to contact my bank to file a dispute. Never stay here.
Charged me $125 for nothing. Didn't even stay here. Terrible customer service, will never recommend this to anyone. Will tell everyone to stay away from this chain. They ruined my vacation with their greed.
There was a horrible musty smell in the hallway and in the room thank goodness I had brought room freshener with us. Lock on door was not good at all .Will never stay at a Days Inn ever again I feel there standards are not very good at all
Literally the worst hotel i have ever been to, she room smelled weird the hallways were hot and humid with some weird smell. The hotel is under construction and it shouldn’t be open. Ants everywhere non stop... My little sister got bit by something and her lip is huge. Dont waste your money, cause they dont refund
Breakfast is complimentary in every other Days Inn we have stayed in across the nation except this one and it was worth the price
