Where do I start? First the employee that checked us in used G.D. twice during our interaction. During our stay we found out that our room was owned and managed by a third party company, and that any issues would have to be resolved by that off-site company. We couldn’t get pool towels from the front desk because they didn’t manage our room, and they can’t loan towel for anyone booked through said third-party. So we had to buy our own pool towels. After we used all our room towels we were not able to get more, but were told to use the on-site laundry and pay to have them cleaned. At 8 am on Friday during our stay a construction team started installing new drywall in the room next to ours so we were woke up to the sounds of hammering and power tools. The stay was a disaster from step one and despite my best efforts there is no way to tell on the app if you are getting a room managed by the resort or this delightful third-party. I will warn everyone I know and leave every negative review I can about this experience on social media, TikTok and anywhere else that I can.

The only thing I didn’t like was that there was not a cleaning service available. Staying 5 days there was SO MUCH sand on the floors and in the beds. Would have loved at leas a couple sheet changes and cleaned floors.

We have stayed at Camolet for 15 years or more so it was what we expected. Room was a little nicer than normal. The reservation process worked fine and had good instructions. We did not have choice of what floor we were on ( 18th). I like to park outside our rooms. One major negative is the 10 digit code that has to be punched in to enter room.

Beach view was great. we have stayed at Camelot many times in the past and we always had a great time but since they have changed ownership and vacacsa has control over only some of the rooms they have went downhill. if you need help with anything you have to call you can't just go to the office because that is for the people that booked with capital ( the new Owers) The room was not as clean as they once were if we ran out of towels, they said we would have to take them and wash them in the community washer on the 1st floor (that you have to pay to use) also we had to take out our trash before we left. Plus, there was roaches when we got there, they did send someone to spray for them, but they left some kind of white stuff all over the floor. there was not a broom in the room, so I had to use paper towels to get it up. Needless to say, but we will not be staying there anymore.

The property was fine. Little hard getting the doir open with the keypad sticking. The security at the pool are so old that they couldnt disapline anyone. Kids playing catch in the lazy river and running around it eithout the intertube. Running and jumping into it in front of the guard and he saud nothings. The there was babies and little kids in the hot tubs

I enjoyed that it was ocean front. The best thing about this property was the pools. Unfortunately the property was run down and looked like it had not been updated in the last 20 years. I would not recommend this property.

View was fantastic. Apartment was old and sparse. No decent bowls. Only 1 small skillet. The oven was filthy. Could not have been cleaned this year. The cookie sheet and sheet pan were disgusting. There were plenty of towels and washcloth and the bathroom was clean. The view was fantastic. No rules followed in pools, making it a little hard for adults to enjoy.

The constant sound of the water feature was very annoying. The pool area is open from 9am to 11 pm yet that water feature remained on throughout the night. This made it impossible to sit on the patio and hear only the sound of the ocean.

So when we got there, we expected a condo. It was not a condo. It was a one bedroom hotel with the tiniest kitchen You’ll ever see . the pots and the cups and the dishes were filthy. Disgusting. The microwave was rusted. There was holes in the wall the air conditioning was not working. They only came once to fix it. They only gave us two rolls of toilet paper and one garbage bag per garbage. Then you are on your own to buy everything yourself Hotel itself was very nice but I will never rent from the company that posted on your site ever again. We made the most of it. Also, next time we have to make sure when we book a hotel that the property isn’t smoke free. It was really inconvenient to have to go all the way down to the first floor and outside on the street to smoke a cigarette instead of being able to do it on your balcony or somewhere outside Upstairs where we were instead of going back-and-forth up and down. they lost a liquor license so there was no alcohol on the premises again another thing we had to purchase overall if they get rid of the person that was renting out the room we were in and get someone in there that actually cares about the place the place is a beautiful place and has a lot of potential it’s convenient. It’s in walking distance to everythingbut was not satisfied at all withour room in fact we left it more spotless than they did I mean there was c.m stains on couch and blood stains on bedsheets . Gross

Property is clean and room was well stocked. It has an indoor lazy river, indoor and outdoor hot tubs and pools. Room was booked through Vacasa. The only complaints we have are we weren't allowed early check in, even though it was requested at time of reservation and the room was ready by 1:30 and the smart lock on the door can be aggravating to gain entry into room.
