Be advised, there are NO hooks or places to hang wet items and NO trash can. Only the tiniest one I've ever seen in the bathroom. Be prepared with trash bags. Property was always overflowing with trash, it can be a very loud and rowdy crowd that seems to be staying there, and we noticed an issue with "women of the night" if you will. The rooms itself was as described so expect nothing more. You definitely get what you pay for. Only one parking pass as well! Cockroaches on the pool deck area especially in the evenings.
