We chose this house because it was close to the hotel our child was staying in for baseball and it accepted dogs. The house is as advertised and the host was very responsive, but could be cleaner. It is close to the beach and boardwalk. Outdoor furniture had to be wiped down before using and the couch cushions out there were dirty. Our biggest concern was the neighborhood. Whether coincidence or not there was two medical emergencies right next door and we did not feel safe walking our dogs at night.

Our dog loved it here. Place could have been cleaner a lot of dust and fuzzy stuff on the living room ceiling,vent in bathroom and drier vent tubing. Otherwise place was pretty clean

The location was perfect. So close to the beach, boardwalk, and restaurants. Many days we didn’t drive anywhere- although malls and other shopping was only 3 miles away. The house was very cute and well maintained. We traveled with our 2 pups and they were very happy with the fenced in yard. The house had everything we needed- I think our stay was 41 days. We would have stayed longer but it was booked. I can’t say enough about David. He is such a responsive host my husband and I joked about how many minutes it would take him to answer questions(almost always under 10 minutes). We will definitely stay at one of his properties again.

Location was great! Close to the beach and Broadway, house itselve was how it was listed. Cleanliness was the biggest issue, cleaning company did a poor job. Dust on the ceilings, and behind doors and baseboards. Floors were swept but could tell it hadn’t been mopped in a long while. In Master bed room there was stuff under beds (trash/dust) that had been there a while but not cleaned between tenants. Home was great! But property manager definitely needs to change cleaning company.

Highly recommend

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was responsive and friendly, making check-in smooth and stress-free. The location was perfect — close to everything we needed but still quiet and peaceful. I especially appreciated the little thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

We loved our stay here! Super clean, very friendly hosts with excellent, timely communication, plus a great location two stop signs from the beach and close to amenities! The house was stocked with all kinds of odds & ends too which is helpful in case you forgot something. This is without a doubt the cleanest rental we’ve had. We will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful vacation!

Our family had an amazing time here! The property was clean, the host was very quick with communication, quickly responded to our requests, and we didn't want for anything. Our children loved the hot tub, we definitely earned cool points with that! We easily walked to the beach, avoiding paid parking. We loved this home and will definitely be back!

Great Location!

Our stay was amazing and truly within walking distance to stores, restaurants, the beach, fishing piers! Less than 10min drive to get to the airport, movie theater, and other attractions around Myrtle Beach. The house was adorable, a very true beach cottage. The half bath was a great extra and the double bunks in two of the rooms perfect for the kids! Thank you for hosting a great house, that also has a fenced in yard and hot tub for those cool nights, in such an accessible area.

Perfect beach spot

Owner was super helpful and responsive. As advertised, only a couple minute walk to the beach. We had 4 adults, 3 teenagers and an eight year old on our trip for three nights and we all felt comfortable. Would definitely rent here again!
