Summary:
4th floor+elevator, Beautiful, comfortable and spacious. Let this be your gateway for family and friends vacation in the Grand Strand with great 2 bedrooms 2 baths. Located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, built around the Myrtlewood Golf Club, just off the bypass, minuets from the beach and all main attractions. Fully stocked kitchen with all basics, sleeps 6, lake and pool view!
***Elevator is currently out of service until April 25th. The rates are reduced accordingly***
*Pets are NOT allowed

The Space:
2 bedrooms, 2 baths, Comfortable and clean condo, 1 king bed, 2 twin beds, 1 queen pullout sofa in the living room.
*kitchen fully equipped with all basics.
* washer/dryer in the condo.
* Free WiFi and cable TV available.
*Pets are NOT allowed
*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.
*Towels are provided for showers only.
*Linens for each bed are provided.

Guest Access:
The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.
*Access the pool with wristbands (6 wristbands are placed in the kitchen drawer) All 6 Pool wristbands must be kept and returned before checking out. There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken wristband)
*No mailbox for this location.
*Washer and dryer available in the unit.
*Parking is free. motorcycles and trailers are not allowed on premises.

This property was just as expected - clean and convenient. Only issue I had was on the day of check-in they would not provide us with our code until I paid a credit card processing fee. Found it rather odd that I had paid in full but that was not covered.

Good stay

Good communication and clean. Upon check in, the AC was not working properly. The host responded quickly, had temporary mobile units installed by 10pm and fixed by 11am the next morning. No issues afterwards. Would stay again.
