Located in Roxanne Towers Resort on the 12th floor, this 1-bedroom condo has AMAZING DIRECT oceanfront views from the balcony. This condo can sleep up to 6 with a king bed, murphy bed and sleeper sofa people!

Bring your friends or extended family on this vacation with you! This condo has one bedroom and a private bathroom. The kitchen is updated with full-sized appliances, including a dishwasher, and is furnished with cookware and dishes. Everything you need to make this vacation more convenient and restful.

This resort has an oceanfront pool deck landscape with palm trees. The swimming pool is extra large and lined with a generous supply of lounge chairs. A lazy river also wraps around an island with palm trees and a neighboring kiddie pool. Inside, there is a pool and a hot tub where you can enjoy the view of the ocean during the colder months or enjoy the shade.

NOTE: You will receive ONE parking pass from the front desk for one vehicle only.
- The balcony is currently being done, view is obstructed.

Great location, view, and layout of the condo. We had a couple of maintenance issues and the host had them taken care of as quickly as possible. My reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that the condo is a little sparsely appointed. Fortunately, it was only 2 of us and we made it work. If we had any children with us, it would've been tougher. Limited cooking utensils. Only 4 plates and a limited hodgepodge of glasses. 1 pot and 1 pan. Fortunately, we only ate breakfast in the condo, but had to cook 1 thing at a time. The condo was clean and in a great location right at the start of the boardwalk. The price was very reasonable so we would be happy to return.
