This oceanfront condo at Bay View Resort is on the 18th floor and has a private balcony with 180-degree views. It has two queen beds and a sleeper sofa, accommodating up to six people. The kitchen is fully equipped with full-sized appliances and a full-sized dining table. There is also high-speed Wi-Fi, a high standard of professional cleaning, and free onsite parking. The resort has indoor and outdoor pools, lazy rivers, and hot tubs.

This unit has amazing ocean views from the balcony. It's the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails. The unit also has a full kitchen with a cooktop, microwave, and fridge. Other cool stuff: a hairdryer, heated pools, 24/7 on-site security, guest service by text, email, or phone, splash and play areas for kids, and hot tubs.

The Neighborhood:

This property is conveniently located just steps from the beach. Enjoy walks on the beach, swimming in the pools, and dining at the onsite restaurants. A short drive will take you to Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, Ripley's Aquarium, and the IMAX Theatre. Many of the area's popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping are also just a short drive away.



Getting Around:

I highly recommend using ride-sharing services such as Uber and Lyft to get around the area. If you prefer to drive yourself, Turo is a great option for renting a car. If you have any questions about getting around or any other aspect of your trip, please don't hesitate to send me a message. I'm here to help make your stay as enjoyable as possible.



Other Things to Note:

This is a non-smoking room. If you must smoke, please do so outside in the designated areas. Please treat this condo as you would your own home. We will do our best to address any problems that arise as soon as possible, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.



Please note: that this condo does not have access to the waterpark behind the parking deck. Also, this condo shares an AC control system with the room next door (Room B). Both thermostats must be on the same settings and temperature for both AC units to work.

Centrally located, convenient for walking. The room was dirty, lamp in bedroom didn't work, television was tilted like broken stand, not clean had to recall maid service for next day. Pool areas is not staffed to make people adhere to the rules like no eating in pool or hot tub. Food floating around, gross. Also the elevator doesn't work, 4 total & only one in service. Hell of a ridiculous check out experience, wait for elevator time up to 1 hour. Check out time is 10 AM. Our flight didn't leave until 3:00 PM. They gave us a late check out, for $113 extra. Insane but worth not having to sit in airport.

Great Unit for the price

Convenient location with amenities. Price was affordable for the off season. The rental company needs improvement with their cleaning service. The beds in the bedroom had not been changed from the previous renters, nor had the floors been vacuumed or moped. It lacked in cleanliness. But being a neat freak I cleaned it upon check in, Big Fish was very professional & prompt and sent a cleaning service, the girl was extremely helpful and nice and changed both beds. Maintenance came by later with several new pillows. Beautiful views from the oceanfront balcony, loved that it had a washer & dryer in the unit so you dont travel home with dirty laundry. My husband and I have already viewed other units that Big Fish Rentals owns for a future trip. Great spring break vacation for my family!
