This place is dated. Looks nice in photos but upon arrival you can see the imperfections and oldness. Let's do the bad first. The slider doors did not lock. No Beach towels. Paint on walls chipped and bathroom outdated. The parking is a little walk away but the parking pass has to be returned back to the room so you have to go back upstairs just to drop the parking pass off. The good, really good Beach access and a fair walk to restaurants and souvenir shops. There was an issue with our room upon arrival and we were immediately moved to another room before we got a chance to notify them, they notified us first which I thought was super nice. Pass codes were on all doors to building which made us feel secure. Overall, the place was ok but I feel the pricing was a little high for the quality.

The room was super neglected, old and outdated, not cleaned properly and so many things didn't work. Washer machine was broken, the TV in the room broken, ice maker broken. The kitchen was updated but didn't even have a toaster! So I thought I would toast in the over but there were no baking sheets or pans to do that.

This condo was amazing. One of the best views we’ve ever had on vacation. We didn’t know that we would be right in the middle of Bike Week. Overall 5 stars.

I loved the view! The property was very nice. The few employees that we encountered were very nice. I just think they could have provided more information on how things worked and more supplies in the room to make our stay less complicated. The code I was sent by email to enter the building was incorrect (an old code from February I was told) We were never able to get the bedroom TV to work properly. We kept loosing internet connection. We decided to cook our own breakfast in the mornings to save money and we didn't have many items that I think most other places would have supplied like salt and pepper, plastic wrap, reusable containers for meal left overs. Only one roll of paper towels, no facial tissues and no cleaning spray to name a few. I have stayed at other places where they have an informational paper that explained how everything worked and all the interesting places to see in the area and all kinds of supplies. I left those places thinking Wow! they have thought of everything. I left this property feeling annoyed by our struggles due to the lack of supplies and info.
