Parking was terrible!!! The parking garage is small and people messed their cars up going through it. Hotel was clean and staff was nice. Beach was nice not that crowded. Pool looked clean but we didn’t get in. Hotel has restaurant/bar. It wasn’t cheap but the bartender was really nice. I will definitely stay again

Was not clean enough

The public areas were relatively clean including the pools, hot tubs, lobby, bar, restaurant, etc. But the rooms themselves were very very nasty. Ours had visible grim and dirt on the walls and ceiling, bugs coming out from the bathroom sink, the AC hardly worked, and the beds were extremely uncomfortable. The elevators take forever especially in the mornings. It took us 20 minutes to get down to the lobby for check out just due to having to wait on elevators. The staff was inconsiderate at times, for instance 2 staff members held an elevator for themselves for 5 minutes in front of us and other guests who were waiting for an elevator and had no regard for us at that time. Overall, the price we paid to stay here was not justifiable based on the cleanliness alone.

I loved the entire stay! The only part that was slightly problematic was waiting for the elevator at check out. We waited for 44 minutes for an elevator and ended up taking the stairs instead. Thank goodness we were going down because I don’t think we could have handled 11 floors worth in the opposite direction.

the front desk ladies were not very warm or kind. Seems to not want to be there. to get towels for pool was not convenient had to go to the front desk and then get yelled at for the floors getting wet. Our room floors were very dirty and when asked to have the cleaned they said not until we were done with the room. So for a week we had the floors dirty.

End of summer break

Property was nice and clean had to continue to as for towels and the drinks were weak other than that it was a very nice stay. Love the Dj at the pool and the beach right at your fingertips. I wish they had some type of bracelet because it was hard to remember the resort to get your discounts.

The room was nice and the view from both the front and back of the room was exceptional! When at the front door, you could look over the balcony and see the city including the bright and colorful Ferris Wheel at Broadway under the Stars. Then when you enter the room you have a wonderful view of the ocean with two chairs to sit on the balcony. There is a full size coffee pot in the room which we took advantage of daily. The refrigerator kept things really cold (after maintenance came and got it working again). The bed is very comfortable and having wood floors is nice. The closet is roomy and the in room safe was great to use. There are several pools and the hotel puts out chairs/umbrellas on the beach daily. The bathroom feels like it is almost as big as the room! Handicap bars in the shower, which is good because the tub is slippery (needs a couple more safety strips). Downsides are the tub doesn't drain, the floors felt dirty (so we kept shoes on or used a towel as a rug), the room itself felt very small for two people to move around in and there is no fitted sheet on the bed, so the top sheet kept coming off the bed. We sat out on the balcony the first night, but the second night we couldn't because there were black bugs attacking us. This property allows dogs so there were dogs barking at all hours. The elevators were dirty and so hot and humid you were sweating when you got to your floor. Parking is across the street with tiny slots and narrow ramps.

It was a quick check in process. The room was clean and had a great view of the ocean. The indoor pool, hot tub and lazy river were relaxing. Definitely staying here again!
